Knapp is an excellent choice for GM warranty extended protection the price is always considerably lower than the local dealership plus the warranty is pro rated so if you turn your vehicle in before warranty period expires the rebate is always back in 7-10 days no issues. I have purchased 7-8 through Knapp so I speak from experience

Communication was difficult. I had expected a business specifically advertising they sell GM warranties, would be more professional when you contact. Them. The phone receptionists acted surprised the phone rang. There is no person or people that only handle a warranty sale. I got passed around from person to person. It was me that had to pursue them to sell me a warranty.
Once I chased someone down, which was very annoying, I did get my questions answered. I did eventually get quotes for several plans. The information was accurate and finalizing the transaction was pretty easy. The warranty is a good deal and is a genuine GM Platinum warranty.
They could definitely use some sales training. They could have sold me a warranty on 2 phone calls. It took half a dozen and as many emails.

So was hesitant about purchasing a extended warranty, so far have only had one instance to use, we have our 2022 gmc denali in to the local gm dealership for a problem with the windshield washer motor not working, the service manager had called the warranty department to get authorization, after 7 days and a total of 6 hours waiting on the phone getting passed person to person he called me and said he could not get through, I called knapp motors and they told me that happens buy he did get me to his gm advisor who called the service writer for our local gm dealership, after 2 weeks we were finally authorized to fix the problem, waiting on parts to come in now, it is most definitely not a stream lines process, Knapp told me it would be just like my gm warranty, it was not, hopefully it gets better.
