I dreaded the idea of car shopping just because I was concerned about dealing with a sketchy car salesman. My experience with Knapp’s however was the complete opposite of what I was expecting! I felt completely comfortable with the salesman, Adam DuMoulin, and the overall environment of the business! I don’t know much about car buying, so I brought along my boyfriend, and he agreed that this was such a nice experience, we both thanked Adam for his business and for making this such an enjoyable and smooth experience. When the time comes to trade in my car in the future, I will most definitely go back to Knapp, and definitely request Adam’s business again! Beyond satisfied!!
