Without warning, they increased my monthly bill by $20. When I called about it, I was told my promotional period had ended. When I asked what my options were as $84 a month for just internet is ridiculous, I was told I was basically SOL. Since they have a monopoly on the area they think they can treat customers like something they stepped in. If I had another choice, believe me I’d take it in a heartbeat but until another option comes along I’m stuck since I work from home and am a single income household. Be better D&P.

I overpaid on my bill for over a year and they wouldn't rebate me or credit my account for any of the over-payment. If you go with D&P don't expect them to inform you of new offers, you have to do that yourself. I learned my lesson. Great way to treat people in a small town with few options.

The whole service is a joke. Fire everybody who works in the office taking calls. Service is terrible the internet is worse than dial up it feels like. Funny how you can’t get any other service in the village just a joke all around. Hopefully they go bankrupt soon!!!!

Service is unreliable and over-priced. We all use D&P because it is pretty much the only option available, in Blissfield. I’m always hoping a new provider will pop up. Maybe Buckeye would expand north? I’d take anything else.
