Lot rent increases yearly since covid hit. $$ They do not clear the roads in the winter, the roads frequently flood and you cannot get in or out. Large overgrown trees are not trimmed they drop branches on top of the trailers and Park says that's not their problem. Park manager is rude and talks about the neighbors property with you. Oh yeah and you cannot grow yourself any veggies on your lot that you pay $400 a month for.

We are in the process of buying a trailer. Mike was there by himself and he is awesome. Answering all our questions and helping us find the best trailer for the money. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a a home. I will post more after we live there for a while but so far it’s the best park we have gone through. Try it you will like it. Clean, organized and affordable.
