Stayed here with my partner for a long weekend. Mary couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. This place is a little gem in Blissfield. Clean and centrally located. We will be back!

If you have never experienced staying at a bed & breakfast you need to try H.D. Ellis Inn. Frank and Christine are very gracious hosts. The breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. We are repeat customers and highly recommend it! Add in the quaint town of Blissfield and it's a great weekend getaway. Dennis & Paula DeWall

Our earlier accommodations were cancelled on us. We called at the last minute and were able to get a place to stay. Everything was beautiful. We arrived quite late yet Mary made us feel right at home. Wonderful breakfast too. We will be returning when we need to stay in the area.

I think guests should be aware that there is a huge Trump sign on the front lawn that is lit up at night.

Great B&B. Very nice and accommodating hosts. Rooms were very clean and organized. Enjoyed the porch and swing. Breakfast was delicious - excellent breakfast. Very nice area. Walked over to the Stable for dinner - very nice place, food was excellent. Enjoy the time in Blissfield.

My husband and I stayed two nights in August 2018 and loved it. The photos don't do the rooms justice--they are really beautiful. Breakfast was fabulous. The hosts were warm and friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the big front porch. Walking distance to the Stable restaurant was a bonus. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Blissfield. Highly recommend!

Mary and Walt are the BEST! As soon as we walked into their B&B we felt like we were home and we felt welcomed! This was our first experience to the B&B world and was just thrilled to no end with the experience! We felt like we have known Mary and Walt for years!!!!! The food was FABULOUS and was more than expected!!!!! Our room was Fantastic and made us feel like we traveled to Tialand! What a wonderful way it was to spend a weekend!!! Only if we could of spent a few more days...SO SAD TO LEAVE for sure....BUT......ONE PROMISE...WE WILL BE BACK! Thanks for the weekend...Love, Roy & Deb P.
