“Caruso Caruso is one of my favorite stores! I no longer live in Detroit, but always try to make it a point to visit the store when I am home to see what new styles they have stocked (which happens so frequently!!!). They have the BEST selection of "Detroit" merch and it's my go to place for gifts! The Caruso team is NEXT LEVEL - they are so friendly and helpful! I had an issue with an item I ordered for delivery earlier this year and Lennon, Ida, and team worked so swiftly to help fix it. I will be a loyal customer FOREVER!! Thank you, Caruso Caruso for simply being THE BEST!!!”

“If you are looking for edgy and unique clothing go there...you will always find an unique top, dress or pants...and Viga is phenomenal help. She is funny and very personable. They also do alterations right there if you need one....also she designs beautiful, absolutely beautiful line. Every peace is a peace of art. I personally own a coat and dress she made for me...tons of compliments ....”

“I have been going to Pure Barre Birmingham/Troy since March 2018. This place has positively changed in the last 6 months with Rachel as the new owner. It has always been an excellent workout that saw me through being a bride, pregnant (I took class the morning my water broke), and a new mom. The studio is now clean and such a positive atmosphere. If you have not been to the studio since the ownership change in December 2023, then you don’t know what the current studio is like and should check it out! The members are friendly and welcoming. The teachers are warm and knowledgeable. It’s my favorite me time and the only workout I have stayed consistent with for any length of time.”

Nan and Amy made me feel welcome and special, and I never felt they were pushy or salesy—they wanted me to find the right dress for me, no matter whether I bought from them or another shop. Happily, I did find my dream dress at Bridal Couture, and the fittings process was thorough and easy, and the seamstress was lovely and great at her job as well. “Absolutely my favorite store in Birmingham- Mother and Son owned- they have created this amazing space! I love the foundation and love behind this store and the talent as well. The Son, who goes to NYC and shops fashion- brings back beautiful unique pieces. I bought a beautiful navy blue Nicole Miller dress from there and I had an issue with the zipper and they helped me and accommodated me … and taught me how to properly zip up the zipper as well… ???.
