The return policy is horrible and the workers are even more clueless! The location in Mt pleasant was my favorite smoke shop ever! And this one is the worst ! The employee told me that there is nothing he can do and that I should speak to a manager! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager is out of state for the month ! Gee what help that is ! Stay away from these scammers and go to puff factory there return policy is better and always have someone competent working

Customer service is absolutely terrible at this location! The location in MT. Pleasant was my favorite smoke shop this one is terrible! The worked was completely useless and told me I can speak the the manager asked to speak to a manager and was told he was out of state for the month! what a joke I will tell everyone to stay away from this place! puff factory is a much better place there return policy is good and always have a manger on staff working!

Corporate head shop. No local glass. Everything is from China or Mexico. No deals offered for MMMJ cardholders, unlike other stores. Ownership turns a blind eye to customers doing whip it's outside the store and littering empty chargers in the parking lot. Neighboring businesses complain all the time. They don't care. I recently visited and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jaden. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by their vast selection of products and their welcoming atmosphere. Jaden immediately approached me, asking if I needed any help or had any questions.What impressed me most about Jaden was their knowledge of the products. They were able to answer all of my questions with ease and were able to recommend the perfect vape for my needs. They took the time to explain the different features and benefits of each product, and I never felt rushed or pressured.The shop had a great selection of vapes, e-liquids, and accessories, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were competitive and the quality of the products was top-notch.Overall, I had an excellent experience at the vape shop, and it was due in large part to Jaden's expertise and friendly service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a new vape, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Wild side has always been my favorite smoke shop! The employees there are always so understanding and knowledgeable on their products and have the up most respect for their customers. I have spinal cord issues and they’ve never once denied me assistance if needed. They are always so high energy and helpful. I would recommend wild side to anyone! They deserve all stars for bringing a comfortable space and environment to us all!

mann i dont normally write reviews but this place aint the same as it was little over a year ago, customer service sucks here. Christina the old manager was so welcoming and the employees mike, sarah, adam, zack, and blonde hair kid forgot his name that whole team did great. Management really needs to come in here im sure as a customer other people will say this place needs help.
