Employee casually used the R word while chatting with a colleague with customers present. If my developmentally disabled sibling had been with me, she would have been devastated. This word is so hurtful, and my opinion of this store is forever changed.

Everyone here at this UPS Store location is extremely friendly and swift in offering assistance. This is the only UPS Store I go to, simply because of the staff. They truly care - have helped me pack and ship with care, advise based on my interests/goals, etc. Truly a great operation!

This UPS location is my favorite place to ship. The staff make it easy with their level of efficiency and kindness. Justin is the best - he is always welcoming to customers and very helpful.

I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, this person had braids. I was exhausted and had one hour to get a bunch of expensive Amazon purchases returned and was having issues on the Amazon app. I was on the verge of tears when this amazing UPS STORE worker went above and beyond, asked to take over my phone and did stuff I didn’t even know about in the app. This person was cool and kind, ignoring/getting a nod to dismiss calls and texts washing away stress. Everything was taken care of including emailing and printing shipping labels.
This is customer service, it’s caring about others and being a partner to help solve problems.

I have been here multiple times for both business use and personal use, and every time, the employees are friendly and efficient. They are always kind to my kids if they're with me, too. Everything I've sent or received has arrived without a hitch!
