I am OBSESSED with my hair! So thankful to Cindy for my color correct and hair treatment. Idk what she did but it is so shiny, manageable, my frizz is completely gone and everyone has been complimenting my color. I will never go to anyone else her expertise is truly unmatched.

Friends had told me to get my brows done by Todd for years. I feel like I’ve been missing out all of this time. Great service and even better personalities. Todd referred me to Heather for my nails and OMG…where have they been my entire life?! Definitely found a new salon.

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve one star. So disappointed. I was getting married and I scheduled for a trial for hair and makeup. The day before my appointment I called to double check my appointment time and also to make sure that both of the stylists were available for the day of my wedding. The receptionist replied saying no they were not. They were booked that day of my wedding. This was 8 weeks before my wedding. I then asked to speak to the manager, which he rudely said she was not in but he would pass the message along when she came in. For the next 3 weeks I called EVERYDAY asking if the manager got my messages and that I wanted to speak to her about this issue. I never heard back from her (as a business owner myself I think this is beyond RUDE) Needless to say I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It was Unprofessional and Unnecessary STRESS that you don't need before your big day.

I've heard great things about Todd's Room for years and yesterday was my first time getting my makeup done there. From check in to my finished look with Alayna, it was the best experience. The prices were reasonable, the salon is beautiful, I will definitely be back for all my beauty needs!

A few weeks ago, I came in here because I heard this place is a cute upscale boutique and great place for hair and make up but when I came there everything was everywhere.The front desk staff was in PAJAMA’S and their hair not done! So unprofessional.I talked to the man with curly hair about a product and his breathe knocked me completely off of my feet!I even saw a used tissue on the floor and the staff walked right over it and pointed at it.I can’t believe management or the owners let all these things go on.Even if everyone here is good at what they do,I won't be returning. It was too overwhelming and completely unprofessional and dirty. I expected a lot more for something in Birmingham.

I've been going to Todd's Room and seeing Scott to get my eyebrows done for about 8 years and couldn't recommend him enough! I live out of state now, and literally plan some of my visits home around being able to get in with Scott. He's so sweet, and always makes sure I leave feeling amazing! I literally don't trust my eyebrows with anyone else. The space is always clean and the front desk is super helpful and friendly (Shoutout to Aiden). 100% couldn't recommend Todd's Room enough!Service: Eyebrow shaping
