I had a good experience here overall, the women who performed the actual scans was great! However, their phone person is rude, lazy and honestly just not someone I would hire. She treats you like an absolute burden for having called the facility. I spend a lot of time in the car so making on line appointments is pain, not to mention I just find making appointments via online to be a PIA. I am sorry but too many people need jobs so why continue to employ jerks when you do not have to. I would go back! I am leaving this at 3 stars in hopes of the owners reading it. I see others have said the same thing about her.

The staff is very nice and helpful but the results take forever to come back. My breast scan was done 11/18/2023 and I was told the results took 2-4 weeks. Once 4 weeks hit I called again and spoke with a nice lady that told me it would be another 2 weeks because they were really busy in October and November for breast awareness. After 6 weeks again I called and a nice lady left me another voicemail saying it would be another 2 weeks. Now we are going on 9 weeks and I still don’t have my results. I think this place is very nice and the staff is very kind but it should not take 9 weeks to receive test results.

First impressions mean a lot. I called this morning to get some more information as a potentially new client and I was met with woman over the phone who seemed very annoyed and impatient with me in the first seconds of talking with her. Perhaps she was just having a hectic or frustrating morning, but it was not a pleasant or welcoming experience and I will not be moving forward with this place.

Horrible Attended named Andrea. Disgustingly rude behavior. Walked out of there because of her behavior. Not returning for anything here. Better off in a hospital setting.

I had a great experience yesterday for my Thermascan. The last one I had was a different company, with different equipment, and it wasn't the best experience, they couldn't get the measurement right, my shoulders sit lower than most people, so they were struggling with the equipment and I sat there a long time feeling self conscious and exposed, especially in the brightly lit room. The new location is really nice, I like they are using the ice water method, I feel it is more thorough and it doesn't matter how low your shoulders sit. The room was also dimly lit and there is a screen to sit behind, it was much more comfortable and I didn't feel so exposed. Andrea was wonderful! She was so easy to talk to and kept me from feeling nervous. She also chatted with me while my hands were in the ice, so it didn't feel like it was too long. She was so kind and made the whole experience so much better than the last place. I was really dreading my appointment, and now I'm feeling so much better about next year's appointment. Thanks Andrea for being so good at what you do. ❤️

Andrea was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first visit for a thermography and she explained everything perfectly. Thank you, Andrea!

I love Therma-Scan, the enlightened way to maintain breast health. I love NOT having my breasts smashed in a vise (i.e., a mammogram). And I especially love Andrea, the Therma-Scan office manager. She is smart, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. It's so great to know there's a reliable alternative to the out-dated and often ineffective mammogram!

I wish I had know about this before my breast cancer diagnosis. Mammography is the medically accepted test for cancer screening, but missed my tumor for two years in a row. Thermography found it first time - end stage 1, ER/PR -, HER2Neu +. I'm happy to report that I beat breast cancer 3 years ago, after undergoing surgery, 3 rounds of chemo, 6 weeks of radiation, and a year of Herceptin infusions.

I'm under 40, and was told to get a mammogram because of a potential lump. Some very reputable hospital websites mentioned that most women under 40 have very dense tissue, so having a mammogram may not be a benefit at that age. I am not particularly against mammograms, but I don't want to expose myself to any of the risks, so I decided to research other options. From my understanding, getting a thermography done is another way to monitor your health, and it is 100% non-invasive. Further, I also understand that neither a mammogram nor a thermography report will tell you if you have cancer; you must have a biopsy to learn that information. A ThermaScan is just another tool/method, as is a mammogram, and I chose it because I didn't want any harmful effects. It's too bad that it isn't covered by health insurance, but I am willing to make this investment in my health. This was my second time here, and I am very pleased with both experiences. I'm glad to be a part of this new(ish) technology and hope that more people, especially doctors, can be open to learning about this.

The office was very clean and the staff very professional. Much preferred to a Mammogram. However, it does not replace a mammogram. If there are abnormalities detected they recommend a mammogram to further diagnose.

I have been going to Therma-Scan for Thermography since around 2005. I appreciate the professionalism, the quality of their reports and the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this facility for Thermography.
