I am very disappointed in a couple instances with Varsity Shop. Both instances left my daughter in tears. 1. They would not change my daughters varsity letter sweater with new letter. They claimed only a new $250 sweater was only way. We went to Waterford varsity shop and they did it for $10. It was easy they said. 2. I had trouble with online orders for swim finals shirts. I called first thing in morning and they told me the online store was closed and could not add another. I don’t think that is good business nor do I think that is true. The bottom line is they don’t want to help their so called valued customers. Please find solutions to customer problems. I know I don’t ask unless I really am looking for help. Find a way next time with others.

This business is terrible. They are swindling scandals and made the varsity jacket wrong and wouldn't fix it. and they won't refund the $100 dollar fee

Mark and team offer some of the best customer service in town. The hometown sporting goods selection and local club team support puts them over the top!!

Outstanding customer service and variety of sports products! Whatever your looking for The Varsity Shop likely has it. The staff is a customer's best friend. They took the time to show us various sizes, styles and items when we were in and without a concrete idea for gifts. Top marks!

Usually great and super friendly, but took my son’s brand new custom glove there for the break in service and it looks like it was completely dunked in oil, completely discolored and not even that broke in. It now looks terrible and son is heartbroken. Could have tried a test area and said something?

Best customer service! We went to buy my son’s varsity jacket and the lady was beyond helpful. Making sure it fit correctly. Going over options. Super helpful and I felt very responsibly priced. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service from this family owned sports shop. Mark the owner is friendly & supportive of the community. The items they offer for your fave sport team are high quality & unique. I think this shop is exceptional.

Such a disappointing experience with this store! I am unable to return a $80 never worn suit. I am unable to order a properly fitting suit for the entire season and the manager told me repeatedly that high school boys could fit into the size that was too small for my ten year old son. I’m not sure why he would repeatedly body shame my son as the suit (he wears the same size in a speedo) wouldn’t even fit over my sons thighs. Awful. I will work towards never using this store in the future. Just shameful!
