Had a negative, unprofessional experience at an open house. I left a message with the company to provide feedback on this experience and they never called back. When we arrived the realtor was already in the middle of being rude to another potential buyer.
Incredible, i thought real estate people always had to be personable. Good luck, seller, your agent probably chased away some good offers!
None of the other positive reviews on here mention the agent i met, maybe she's just not their all star.

We had an incredible experience with Hall & Hunter, specifically because of Kelly Pine. She is amazing, professional, responsive, authentic and truly cares about her clients. Visiting homes with her were absent of any pressure and she was quick to bring to our attention things that could be potential red flags. We felt as if she was viewing each home as if it was going to be hers and it was evident she was prudent with our financial resources to ensure we got the best deal possible. This wasn’t our first home buying experience, but it was bar none the best. I jump at the chance to recommend Kelly to any and everyone that may have a real estate need and the positive feedback and gratitude I get from them is testament as well to how patient, attentive and helpful she is. Additionally, it’s been 18 months since we’ve closed on our home but Kelly continues to be a resource if we have questions or even need documents. I don’t know how she does it, but she even accessed a document from the lender after our original mortgage broker left and the bank was bought by someone else. It shows her tenacity, creativity, and connections within the field and how she leverages those for her clients. If you’re considering buying in metro Detroit and beyond, please choose Hall & Hunter and cross your fingers that Kelly is available, you’ll be so pleased!

Complaint on Kelly Pine (Agent ID 367273), Real Estate Agent with Hall and Hunter Realtors (Office ID 188713) Be aware.... We filed a complaint with the State of Michigan LARA. We are the former owners of a home in Westland, MI. 48185, and our complaint is based upon our recent experience selling this property in which Ms. Pine acted as the buyer's agent. We contend that Ms. Pine allowed contractors into our house, unsupervised, for the purpose of inspection. We have text messages as proof, which were a culmination of dialogue between our listing agent and Ms. Pine. We have to say we are absolutely appalled that a real estate agent would violate our privacy in this manner. This is a breach of ethics at a minimum, and truthfully was willful trespassing on the part of Ms. Pine, who provided the lockbox code and permission for the contractor to enter our home.

Not good experience! Never use company with bad ethics! Do your homework when working with Hall & Hunter on Woodward in Birmingham, Michigan Agent mention no other offer on table but yet we lost out on property the next day when agent contacted us to say another bid was better!

Was looking to purchase a home that was represented by MICHAEL PERROTTA listed by Hall & Hunter Realtors. The agent originally accepted our offer verbally late last night. We assumed he would have the paperwork over this morning. Instead this morning he calls our realtor and states that he is cancelling our offer as another buyer is providing a higher offer. He then states not to call unless we can offer $10,000 more. Highly unprofessional behavior to accept offers and then go back on it. I do not recommend doing business with him or this company that employs him. They are VERY shady in their business practices.
