My PC was slowly failing. Screen flickered, keys getting sticky, load time taking longer and l knew I needed to do something.Was referred to Tech Bench by a friend.Spoke with Brian H and made a appointment. He (Brian H.) helped from step one. Assessed what I needed in a new PC, recommended where/how to purchase and, after a purchasing a Dell (i7 with a ton of storage), he and the Tech Team made transferring ALL data super easy. He walked me through a few important differences between old and new PC so I could get moving quickly.Will 100% recommend this business to help with PC issues! Thanks Brain H.

My older laptop stopped working on wifi. Took it in one day, left it, called by the shop next day , all done. Needed a network card, which they had. Quick, reasonable price.

Brian was really great helping me take contacts off my 90 year old mothers phone to put on my laptop for an invitation list. I googled every which way possible and worked on it for hours and still couldn’t get it. He quickly downloaded something and had it done in less than a half an hour and charged me the same. Kind of wish I just gone to him in the first place. Ha ha Been using Tech Bench for years.They are very reliable and know their stuff! Thanks a ton Brian!

Had a SSD completely fail. After preliminary troubleshooting took my HP laptop into Techbench, where I've had work done on devices in the past. Brian was on the issue quickly and accurately. Left the laptop and by the time I was home had a phone call verifying problem. By the time I had done some work around the house the laptop was ready and when I picked-it up, Brian then helped me recover some critical data. Awesome service that had me going "WoW"!!
