Upgrade my samsung phone, earbuds and watch.I came over from Sprint and was a customer for over 20 years. Every year I would lease a new phone and they waived the activation fee.I went into T mobile on woodward. My current plan was 68.00 taxes and fees. I purchased a new phone, ear buds and watch. I only agreed because I was told my bill would be 120 a month. I paid the activation and taxes which came to 125.00It's two days later and I received a text with my new bill from T mobile. It's not 120 a month it is 167.00 a month. I called customer service and she was unable to help. I called the store on Woodward, i was told i would have to pay a restocking fee. I called customer service again and she said she got my bill down to 127.00. but I just looked and its 147.00.I would have never agreed to 167 a month, tommorrow I will be returning everything and going back to my old phone and back to my 68.00 dollar plan. Sorry I am not paying 167.00 for a phone plan. They also lost me as an internet customer. I was just about to sign up. No thank you. Bad experience!

Giving two stars is a sting because I try to find the best in all. On top of that, I've had past good experiences with the Birmingham T-Mobile team. The staff are friendly and helpful, just not knowledgable. Over the course of 2 months both my experience stems from them not knowing their own policies or how to navigate their systems. For example, I went yesterday to return my deferred phone trade-in. Immediately they said "we can't accept it here." Puzzled...I glanced at my phone, read the email reminder from T-Mobile, where it said this is an option AND I even called the main customer service to verify while in store. The corporate CSR said "yes you can."; And they even annotated notes in the system. Still a No Go with the local team. After 30 minutes I just left frustrated. I felt as if I had just sat there and wasted my time 40 days ago, and again last night. Time is important to me.

The greeter remained seated while looking at his phone, asking how may he assist me without eye contact. They couldn't fix my phone and suggested going to a cellphone repair place. I was told that after it's fixed, I can trade it in for 350.00. I saw a commercial for Verizon, and they took that phone as is and gave me 1000.00 a peace for our phones plus gift cards. Horrible customer service!

Nice, very helpful! I went back tonight 7/17/23 to buy a phone cord mine broke. I asked for help there was only one couple in the store 2 employees they ignored me so I left and went to the T mobile in Berkeley. Horrendous service I won't go back

Came in for a new phone and Justin was very attentive and took care of me really quickly. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile. The rest of the team was very friendly as well!

I have followed Christina, the manager, from location to location throughout her career at T-Mobile. Needless to say her customer service is UNMATCHED, and her team is a reflection of that. I am always greeted and welcomed by every employee, and when I stop in when she isn’t there, I know I will be taken care of. Christina and her sales associates are amazing!

very bad service, I went there to put a new screen protector and one of the employees said they didn't have it but I could buy one and bring it in and they would change it. I just left the place and the girl working there says she can't put it in. 2 different employees, different answers. bad service

Today Black Friday I just had the most exceptional customer service. Stopped into this location to make a return, Justin Whitley made every effort to accommodate my needs! Somewhat technically challenged , ( me ) not Justin, he took the time to explain my new phone features. He's a 10 in my book
