They have a nice staff however, I was sadden, by the undercurrent shabby way I was treated. They have wonderful shoes. They really cater to thier regular customers I saw that. I was told that I'd be added to their data base and my name added to a receipt twice, because I purchased the 4ceees shoes a few weeks ago. I asked them for this current purchase, would it be an inconvenience to hold a pair of shoes to 4hrs(5pm). She gave me a convoluted answer about them maybe being sold on line? When I came back a sweet young lady asked, what my name was, I said she never asked. I don't believe the other lady sat them aside. Thank god the shoes were there because the sweetheart had help finding them. It took me until today, to realize, that the online shopping was a suggestion and for that I am grateful.

Drove across town and out of my way to go to the store during posted business hours (on the website and the door) only to find a note that they decided to close early. This is why online shopping is king. If you choose to take a chance and go to the store call first to make sure they are open.

I absolutely love Sundance shoes. I have been shopping for shoe’s accessories bags and much more since I was 17yrs old. I love the kind service I receive from the owner Rob and his daughter Katie! I also love working with Robin. Robin is my go to at Sundance. I love the variety of shoes and fashion they bring in. I highly recommend a visit to Sundance shoes!!!

This company is as shady as it can getWARNING to anyone who wants to place an order!I place an order for full price item. Couple days later they reached out and told me they will apply discount to my order; well great I thought. Until the moment when I decided to return the shoes.Then company send me an email that I will not get refund! Only store credit because discount was applied!So be aware if you buy full price item but they apply discount afterwards (which I even did not know existed yet they claim I forgot to apply!) you are basically taken away the right to return item for refund.Is it really worth it to buy from this company? Nope. Shady business. Stay away.

I purchased an UGG jacket from here and had a great experience. I'm in California and happen to find this gem while looking to replace another jacket. They had exactly what I was looking for and it was on sale! I ordered it and immediately received confirmation of payment and package information. My jacket arrived in California in just 5 days. Although I may never actually set foot in this store I would happily order from them again in the future.

Stopped in here while waiting for a movie a few doors down, and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly everyone was (not always the case in Birmingham). I never shop in places like this, I always feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. This day I happened to be feeling on top of the world; it was my birthday, I was on my way to see a movie with one of my favorite people, and I was shopping in a fun store! I ended up finding a couple of really cute shirts, and having a nice conversation with the handsome man behind the counter about music. He turned me onto Lady Gaga/Sting and I told him about Buddha Bar! Pretty Pretty Good I'd say!

Came to Sundance shoes to find heals to match my prom dress, which I brought in. I can’t remember the names of the girls who helped me, but they were extremely helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond and altered the shoes in-store so they would fit me better. I’ve come in a few other times and the owner is very helpful and i’ve found lots of cute stuff!!

I absolutely love this store! They have what’s current for millennials and gen z-ers. They have the basics from hot brands and some unique, high fashion options as well. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny here.
