I love this Starbucks. The only issue is I had a hard time find a parking spot.

Dark, rich espresso lies in wait under a smoothed and stretched layer of thick milk foam. An alchemy of barista artistry and craft. Birmingham Michigan

It’s fine but I’m sad it’s not a Reserve anymore

Actually the most rude, aloof, and entitled staff I’ve ever encountered. For the second time in a row, my beverage was wrong here. This time it was made wrong twice. When I very kindly approached the barista “Saris” with my concern, he demanded I give him the sticker off the cup. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Then they proceed to shove the proper drink back in my back - again no apologies, sorry, we’ll make it better next time. I am SHOCKED at how horrible the service is here — hopefully someone higher up can do something about it. Rude rude rude!

Used to love coming here. But the wait times are so long and very crowded. Also made a few mistakes in the previous orders. They also removed the Reserved Status, which is a bummer .

Genuinely confused why they let homeless people live and hang out in here its extremely uncomfortable. they are constantly going in and out of the bathroom, sitting in here for hours sleeping, getting drunk. Its completely inappropriate!

Highly recommended to order ahead on Sunday mornings, unless you get a regular coffee ?

We drove from farther away to visit this location because we thought it was a "Reserve" Starbucks. Nothing special when we arrived, unfortunately, besides the larger and more cozy seating area. Unfortunately, the barista was not very accommodating when we asked for a simple request (cup size change), and the tables & floor were very dirty throughout the entire cafe. We will not be back.

This was one of the nicest Starbucks I have ever seen. From the design to the details, it was amazing to see. I am not a huge Starbucks coffee drinker, but in a jam I will grab a dark roast to keep me going. Coffee was as expected and extra points for the amazing location and fireplace.

Fabulous location and building. Can't believe Starbucks closed the Reserve coffee bars. Horrible marketing on Starbucks part as to why they weren't profitable. I'd like to know where all those espresso machines are now. I'd like to buy one.

Ok, they just did a fresh remodel and they didn't even add a walk up window, when you know you don't have any parking and you're in the middle of a walkable city with lots of dogs. Today, I probably had my best cuppa coffee I've ever had at Starbucks.. But before I even got to the counter, I was asked if "that?" is a service animal. Not even a hello from anyone! The approach from this person/man was totally off and somewhat uppity- snobbish. If the approach was greeted, with a- hello how are you? Good morning!! I would not have an issue, but the condescending attitude is uncalled for. Not even offered a pup cup or a smile. Yes, the beast/ 20lbs dog is a service animal. WTH even the pastries are the same plastic wrap malarkey. Starbucks never helps out local communities and go buy some local pastries? Let people be people and quit controlling your management with so much freaking BS. Roll out the red carpet. It's an opening! Say hello to people! Give out balloons... Just be freaking nice and be yourself and up yours corporate Seattle bs... Dogs rule! Bring back the old logo, we liked her better. That represented freedom. Never going back to Starbucks again. Supporting my local people. Much love. Just not Starbucks. Done.
