I sold my home and bought my new home through Signature Sotheby's.With their global marketing and the maximum exposure of my home to local buyers, I got the most for my home, more than anyone else in the sub. It set a new record! Everybody in the sub had their homes value raised, from the sale of my home!When I purchased my home, I felt glad, that I was in the hands of professionals, who always kept me informed. joseph leto is the rudest person to deal with...i would choose a different company and never choose this place. he is inconsiderate, condescending and doesn't care about the neighborhood you buy in...just wants the the commission. rude to the neighbors as well.

We bought a house from a realtor that works for them TWO months ago. They have yet to come pick up the for sale sign & lock box, and the trash will not take it. We’ve called the sellers agent and the office multiple times now. They’ve said multiple times they would send someone out, but still haven’t. Extremely unprofessional of them.
