“I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, this person had braids. I was exhausted and had one hour to get a bunch of expensive Amazon purchases returned and was having issues on the Amazon app. I was on the verge of tears when this amazing UPS STORE worker went above and beyond, asked to take over my phone and did stuff I didn’t even know about in the app. This person was cool and kind, ignoring/getting a nod to dismiss calls and texts washing away stress. Everything was taken care of including emailing and printing shipping labels.
