I had an outstanding service with Erica for lashes and brows. My results are shockingly great. My eyelashes look incredible from the lash lift. And my eyebrows have never looked so full and groomed in my life. From start to finish, I felt that Russ and Erica genuinely love the work they do and they do it with care and integrity. I felt respected as all my questions were answered in detail. I always felt like I was in capable hands there. The facility is clean and styled well, and you do feel at ease there. My only feedback is pretty basic and not a super important, topic, but I felt the music was a little too much for me, as it was a little too upbeat. Where as I would prefer something more ambient, house, electronic instrumental etc. at least in the morning, and maybe get energetic toward the afternoon with the music. Such a small thing lol so that should tell you, they do a great job here. Nothing to improve from a service standpoint. Both Russ and Erica are fantastic.

Russ has such an incredible eye for detail. I’ve done microblading and lashes with him for years. I can’t say enough about the caliber of his work. If you want glam? BOOM! gorgeous. If you want natural? BOOM! gorgeous. If you can’t decide, trust his guide. Russ really listens to my aesthetic goals and brings passion, talent, and humor together for a great experience every time.

We hired Russ Beauty to provided hair, make-up, and beauty services for a special occasion at the Planterra Conservatory in West Bloomfield. The event was tremendous success. Not only did Russ Beauty provide creative and beautiful work but he and his team were delightful, professional, on-time and adhered to our deadlines. Bravo Russ!

Even in the midst of the COVID-19, the staff at RSBS are excellent! Always clean, sanitized and professional. And most importantly they enhance my beauty so well! I have had the pleasure of being a client of Russ for over a decade and it is until death do us part! I love that there is never a wait or a crowd and at my appointment time it is always about me! You will not be disappointed.

Russ is by far the one and only to go see for anything brow and make up related. He is professional, friendly and extremely funny. He is very meticulous and knows what to do with your brows. Every service is tailored to your needs and not a "generic" get you in and out type of service. The space is extremely clean and all precautions are taken for a clean environment pre-covid and currently.

I have gone to Russ several times over the years for big events. Every time he does an incredible job on my makeup. He is familiar with African American skin tone and I felt comfortable and confident that he would know the colors and tones that look best on me. On top of his amazing skill , he is kind and personable person. I will continue to use his services.
