I recently visited the store to pick up some dog food, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to the helpful employee. She thoroughly explained the benefits of a particular dog food, making me feel more knowledgeable about what I was feeding my dog. She even went above and beyond by offering me a can of pumpkin to help with the transition to the new food. Her generosity and warm approach made me feel welcome and eager to return. I truly enjoyed chatting with her and appreciated her expertise!

Super friendly and informed staff! Really helped me with some info about my new bernedoodle and how to pick snacks and toys that would keep her occupied and she loves going in there. You can always tell when the staff really enjoys their job. Lineah ( SP?) was great.

Went into the store looking for a 12 ct bag of bully sticks for my GSD. There were none on the shelf or in the back even though it said in stock and the cashier helping me was very apologetic. She even called another store who also confirmed the same thing, so I went ahead and ordered online to have it shipped from the warehouse to me. Less than 2 hrs later, they were delivered to my doorstep b/c they were able to find some in store. I appreciate them going above and beyond. Fantastic customer service in store, and via the ZenDesk chat feature on the site. Elizabeth P. was incredibly responsive and really went the extra mile to call to let me know they had been delivered to my doorstep. Thank you!

Hollywood feed stores are nice,they have a variety of food,toys,shampoos,treats and such,a smaller version of Pet Smart stores,a lot more expensive too,but nice.

Great store and people! Eager to help. I like the new store on Woodward. Lastly if your dog doesn’t like the food, they will gladly take it back, replace it for you, and donate it to a local shelter. I’ve not had to do this but it does eliminate any concern of my dog not liking something new.

Showed up at 6:45 on a Tuesday and was told by Hannah that I couldn’t give my dog a quick 15 minute bath because the store closed at 7:30 and they were all still dirty and she needed to clean them? After that, she said they were suddenly also being used, despite there not being one single car in the parking lot. Hannah also has a very bad attitude for working in customer service. Won’t be back to this location - the Grosse Pointe location is SO much better!! Highly recommend that location! They are so friendly and accommodating!
