I'm totally satisfied with the work Parmley's did on my Audi.A few years ago they fixed some minor damage to the roof & trunk lid (I drove into the garage with bikes on the roof rack...)They did a good job with the initial repair but after some time two things happened: I moved from B'ham to Ypsi, and the clear coat on the repaired areas started to peel.After brief communication, Parmley's owner told me that it was his problem, not mine. They transported the car from Ypsi to B'ham, re-painted, and delivered the car back to Ypsi. All done at no charge.As I look at it, the painter who did the original job was having a bad day when he prepped & painted my car. That happens to everyone.The important part is that Parmley's, with absolutely no pressure from me, immediately corrected the problem.
