Best place used to be the best but now it's overpriced with old food bad service with horrible customer service people absolutely wasted $300 on the food purchased absolutely awful which is so sad as we used to drive from Toledo just for the fresh and unique food

Our first time at Bistro Joes and we really were impressed. Loved the ambiance and the menu had a very nice selection to choose from. Everyone had something different and all of us were pleased with the food and the presentation.

I love this Papa Joe‘s! Great range of products from all over the world.Fresh vegetables and fruits. Lots of veggie products.Very clean and staff is veey kindly.

First time for our daughter and she loved it. Our waitress had to go to take care of a problem with her son, but the waiter who took her place was fantastic. A great time and great food as always!

We found plastic in our food. Not great. Also our waiter seemed to be annoyed he was working and rolled his eyes every time he came to the table. The manager did comp the meal we found the plastic in but overall not great. They seemed way too casual about the whole thing. Won't be going back. It's sad because this used to be one of my favorite places.

I adore this store. The massive amount of ingredients I can find in one place is incredible. Every section is beautifully organized and well thought out. The gourmet to go foods and bakery are out of this world. My son loves that you carry quail eggs❤️ keep up the amazing work!

Our server JustinJ added 20% auto tip to our table, regards to their policy they only suppose to add 20% auto tip for parties of 6 or more than 6, which we were not 6. When we asked him to split the check he said they can't split the check which was not right! We received our onion soups cold! Don't recommend.

They needed more servers. Our waiter did a good job, but was overwhelmed. It was very loud because of a fan they were using to cool and dehumidify the front dining area that is mostly windows. Some people asked to be moved because they couldn't hear each other at a normal volume level for meal time conversation.

Foods don't taste good The flat bread doesn't look like any flatbread i've ever had. Octopus was uncooked. Onion soup was cold and cheese was not melted. Brownie dessert was good.

The place is ok. Products are fresh very high quality but overpriced. Service could definitely be improved the cashier was not the best and kind of nonchalant. Also the restaurant is terrible in every way pls do not waste your time dining there. The store is ok though, however Trader Joe’s is far better in all ways

The food was good and Heather did a great job serving us. She was very attentive knowing that it was 40 degrees on the patio. However we were extremely disappointed with the manager. We arrived for our reservation for 2 and we offered a table at the top of the stairs right next to the bar and under a large TV. We asked to be seated at a table that was open in the middle of the restaurant and the hostess agreed. The manager was walking by and offered to seat us and then said we could not have that table. He said it was only for groups of three or four but we could have a four seater on the outside covered patio. We declined since it was 25 degrees with a wind chill of 14 degrees. When we asked why they couldn't seat one of the groups of 4 that hadn't arrived at those tables he explained that they would not like the outdoor table to which I explained neither did we. He said that was our only choice which apparently is where they stick all parties of two. If you are planning to have a nice night out with your spouse or date I would highly discourage you from making a reservation at Bistro Joe's unless you plan to wear your jacket and bring hand warmers.

Heather our server was excellent. We sat on the patio they had the heat on and it was warm and cozy however if you look at the floor. Under the windows it was all rusted out. Which I felt made it look dirty . I do not mind paying high prices for great food. However the food did not live up to the price. The sea bass did not taste fresh . The sliders were a bit overdone. If you make a 4pm reservation they would not let you in early due to break down of brunch. I felt they should of at least let us sit at the bar. Driving around for a 1/2 hour was Not convenient.

We were seated in the internal loft near the upstairs wine room. The enitre restaurant was very busy... service could be improved by an additional server in the loft. Otherwise, food was great, service was friendly!

The fruit flies from the produce below were problematic. Sent one beer back when a fruit fly went for a swim. Swatted a few others away. We were put way in the back in the corner by ourselves. Romantic (excluding above mentioned fruit flies) but to quote the movie, “nobody puts baby in the corner”
