“First off let me say this place is absolutely amazing!!! Steve is the mechanic here. He sure does know his stuff! Ever since my boyfriend recommended me to Steve I have been coming here!! I have definitely saved a ton of money by going here. Before he moved here he was over at Vandyke Collision at 9 and Vandyke and I would drive all the way from Ferndale to bring my car to him to fix. He's a very very honest person. He won't rip you off like many other mechanic shops. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic Steves your guy!!! “I couldn't be happier with this Benjamin Moore outlet. First, the owner Merlin let me in to look at paint samples before the store was ever even officially opened! So very nice! And Karen is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate employee ever. As a former painter, she not only knows everything about paint types and colors, but she is happy to take the time to share her wealth of knowledge with you and educate the customer about the choices and options out there. Plus, she expertly mixed two colors we needed for a color match. These colors and its sheens are flawless and completely disappeared with touchups on the interior walls. After I had a nightmare experience with a painter I found online, she recommended to me Chris Wise of Wize Painting and I couldn't be happier with the results. Karen at Benjamin Moore for the paints and Chris Wise and his team for the painting are the dream team you need to get the paint job done right at a very reasonable price! Thank you so much!!”

“Well, it doesn't seem like anything has changed since I last was in Wiltse's Auto Paint- about 50 years ago.They have a wide array of automotive paints and all of the supplies needed by professional bump n paint professionals, as well as us unexperienced, unprofessional, and utterly clueless individuals who get a notion to do it yourself.But they're there to help, and not once did they give me the idea that they didn't care to hear my questions or outright ask for their valued advice.So if you decide you, as a novice, or as a professional autobody guy, that you need or want ANYTHING needed for making vehicles look like new again, Wiltse's is the best place around.And BTW, they will custom blend an aerosol can of the color you need and even sell you a can of professional clear coat, so that's a plus too.Now, just so you know, paint is not cheap these days, and automotive paint is even more expensive. I paid $76 for a large can of paint and a large can of clear coat with a hardener capsule built into the can.But for me, my truck will look way better and be worth a lot more than the money and time I spent- when I sell it in the near future after I finish repairing some rust and paint chips.”

“The Royal Oak store excels at preparing in-store and online orders for paint. If you haven't used the website, online orders are the way to go! I used them for interior repainting projects, and they mixed up samples or gallons with minimal delay even during their popular sales. Colours come out true to samples and well-mixed, and they always take care to make sure lids are on firmly and tightly.Staff are happy to answer questions and don't treat beginner painters with any attitude. I found the employees generous with their knowledge, especially when it comes to selecting the best finish for a project. Much appreciated there.I deduct a half star from this for location. The parking lot is a complete bear to get in and out of. You can only enter off Woodward Avenue northbound. If you're coming off Catalpa, you can *only* park behind PetSmart. The tight corner is uncomfortable at the best of times and difficult at rush hour.”
