Emily booked an amazing Hawaii trip for us. Every details was worked out in advance and we had the best trip! Very professional, super attentive and always available! It made our trip so much more enjoyable that we didn’t have to work out any of the logistics. Our itinerary was so organized and we could access it on an app which was so convenient! I highly recommend Our Whole Village and will be planning another trip with them soon!

Patty & Emily at Our Whole Village were excellent! We could tell that such care was taken with the details of the trip and we are so appreciative. Everything was so smooth and wonderful! The trip had great unique touches that were really special. The in-country host was amazing and went "above and beyond" to make sure we were taken care of. All the guides and unique activities were just excellent!

It was a delight working with Our Whole Village on our recent trip to the Brazilian Amazon. The itinerary was well planned, our questions were answered promptly, and the team really cared about our experience! This was our first time working with a travel agency, and it won't be our last, thanks to Patty and her OWV team. :)

Brazil blew all my expectations out of the water. It was such an amazing trip and we can't thank you enough for helping us with it. It is hard to put to words what the trip meant to us. We feel extremely blessed to have had an opportunity like that. We were leaving one of the villages and my 14 yr old said “Dad, I want to take more trips just like this.” I haven’t been able to stop talking about it all week. Y’all put together the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and comfort. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

Very grateful to Emily (and team) for all of her insights and guidance in creating the most customized Peruvian itinerary tailored to my personal needs. Nothing was forced, she gave me options, and steered me away from making any bad decisions. Guides were exceptional and I always had a local contact/number on the ground should I need it (though never did). Will be using OWV going forward for future solo and family travel…..!

I 100% recommend Our Whole Village to help plan family trips. We had such a wonderful time on our trip and I have already recommended three other families. The location of our room was perfect. We loved our trip to Baja planned by Our Whole Village! We loved all the water and animal activities - swimming with whale sharks was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. Snorkeling, kayaking to see turtles, swimming with sea lions, chasing a dolphin pod - all incredible. La Paz and Todos Santos were both really neat towns to explore and not overly touristy. The cooking class and surfing were big hits as well. All in all this was a trip we will all remember and cherish & my kids got a real feel for Baja food and culture, learned a LOT about marine and desert life and the preservation of protected areas, and overall loved the feeling of adventure.

I cannot recommend Our Whole Village enough! I have been planning our family's trips for more than a decade and also have experience in the travel industry so know a lot of tips and tricks but it's SO much work! Do yourself a huge favor - let them handle all the details. The amount of thought and delightful details that Patty and Emily provided was mind blowing. You will wonder why you ever did it all yourself (as I did). It allows you to enjoy your own trip so much more and not worry about what you might have missed or gotten wrong. I cannot wait to have their support for future trips, especially with their special focus on families and making the trip so great and perfect for kids.

Patty put together the trip of a lifetime to Colombia and covered every detail and logistic. We, our teenager, and our 9-year-old enjoyed everything from fruit tours to whitewater rafting to a four-wheel-drive trip to a coffee farm to chocolate tasting. We are already dreaming of working with her again.

SUPER GRATEFUL for Patty Zacharias Monahan and Emily Beavers at Our Whole Village travel. They jumped in to help me book my AMAZING CRUISE on the ICON of THE SEAS cruise ship! They were knowledgeable about the ship (as they themselves have traveled on it) and helped me to understand the lay out, which restaurants and shows to book, which excursious were the best - all with personalized service! They topped it off with a couple of special surprises that included a hand-written note of appreciation, a Starbucks gift card to have coffee on them (during travel) and a hefty on-board credit to use on the ship! WOW WOW WOW! Is all I can say! p.s. they both travel extensively and are very knowledgeable about SO MANY amazing travel destinations in the world. They even helped me plan another AMAZING TRIP TO HAWAII last year. Don't hesitate to call them to take full advantage of their expertise! You won't be disappointed! THANKS PATTY and EMILY!!

My husband and I decided pretty last minute to take a vacation and escape winter in Wisconsin. Beau was quick to offer suggestions and find the perfect accommodations within our budget. Beau kept us well informed and up-to-date on all our travel requirements. It was a piece of mind knowing we had a travel agent to assist us if any problems arose with our flights.

Booked a trip to Japan with Patty. What an amazing experience. Everything was top notch. No hick-ups, smooth sailing throughout the whole experience. Thank you for helping us with the Paris plans. We loved our guide for all three tours. He connected with each kid on their level and also helped us to maximize the experience, despite the heat and the crowds. The hotel was absolutely perfect: location, amenities, food, staff. Really could not have been a better four days in Paris.
