Nick is amazing!!! He always keeps me updated on everything that is going on, he understood and worked along with my complicated schedule. As a first time home buyer, and despite of all the stress that comes with buying a new home, Nick made it look easy and stress free during my process. I couldn’t ask for better agent and experienced that I received. Will definitely keep him as my first go to on all my future needs, as well as recommending him to all my family and friends. I just closed escrow on a house in California while living in Texas and decided to work with a loan officer in Michigan.It was the best decision I could have made. On day one, Nick told me he would walk every step of the journey with me and I figured it was a sales pitch. I was wrong. There was never a time that I tried to reach him that he didn't either pick up or text me how many minutes until he would call me and that includes 9:00pm calls. I have zero problem recommending Nick and Mutual of Omaha and will ask Nick to help me with refinancing if the interest rates drop.I hope this is helpful, I've had many bad experiences in my life and this was not one of those. Thanks again

This was just a really great, seamless experience with Tony. He was so helpful, and always responded in a timely manner whenever we had questions or concerns. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed and was always happy to help. I can't say enough good things about Nick. He has processed two loans for us and both were so easy. He always responds to questions day or night seven days a week. When issues come up Nick always finds a way to make things work. We will never request a loan from anyone except Nick. Thanks again Nick for all that you have done for us.

i had an just ok experience working with mutual of omaha on my refi.The factors that keep me from providing 5 stars are:1. Timeframe- It took much longer than I was originally advised it would to get the refi completed.2. Cost- There were additional costs added onto the refi because it took so long to refi. (I turned in all requests for documents immediately. The delays were not cause by me). I was told the delays were third party related but it seems to me that if your business is to refinance loans, you should be experienced at working with third party issues and have an idea of the amount of time it takes to complete the process.3. The website- The website they have is very basic and is essentially useless as you go through the process. It will update you when there are document requests but I went for weeks without any sort of movement or update on the website itself.4 Communication- It would have been nice to have been kept in the loop a little bit more during the process.Bottom LIne- They did get my mortgage refinance but a lot of companies can do that. If I had to do it over again, I’d use a different company.
