Visited this Pharmacy for the first time initial impression from out was not so great. But experienced this is one of the premium store. Went to pick up medicine pickup it was quick but before I visit staff called me for the charges and took payment and indicated to visit evening. Other section of store has lot of perfumes which were really nice but none of them were available to help with perfumes and definitely all are expensive including pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy hands down. It’s in the perfect location, has a really nice staff, and also carries all of the really nice brands of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. All of the Aesop products you could ever need can be found here. Which is super convenient.

I visited Mills yesterday and was really saddened by the poor customer service that I received from Julie on 6/14/2023. I am a 25-year-old black woman and was saddened to be at the center of racial profiling.I am from the area and made a visit over the weekend for the first time in a very longtime due to a friend reminding me of how great the store is -- which I agreed to, up until yesterday. Which is a shame because I had mentioned to so many family and friends after phenomenal service from Vincent, who assisted me on Saturday -- to check out this amazing store/pharmacy -- a statement which I will now be taking back.I entered the store at about 6:47 PM -- 13 minutes until they closed and went over to the Aesop wall where I made a purchase the weekend prior. Julie had followed me back there and around the store until I was ready to make my purchase -- which I have to say, did not make me feel welcome at all. In fact, it made me very very uncomfortable to say the least. Her unkindness upon walking into the store and following me around led me to know the type of transaction I was getting ready to have.Now, this is the part where it gets worse. When I came to make my purchase -- as all people do, I was looking at the "impulse products" at the front of the counter which are hand sanitizers, hand lotions, etc. She then proceeded to exhibit an impatient tone during checkout.Upon checking out, I paid with my credit card and was asked to verify my name. Something I have never had to do before and in fact, when I checked out on Saturday June, 10th -- with the same card -- I was not asked to verify my name on the transaction.When I kindly asked Julie was there a reason I was being asked to verify my name, she said it was because I used Apple Pay... I corrected her and let her know that I in fact did not use Apple Pay and paid with a credit card that she watched me pull out of my purse. When met my response she seemed taken back and appalled and told me "Oh, you didn't? Well that's just how our system works. I don't know how you would even complete a transaction without asking someone to verify their name here."When I told her that Vincent had successfully completed a transaction without asking me to verify that I am who I say that I am -- she became defensive, nasty, and almost stunned that I was catching on to her drift. Sadly, as a black individual in this country, I am all too familiar of what it means when asked to verify your identity on small good purchases -- which, shouldn't even be a thing.After I left, I pulled over and cried in my car because of the unbelievably humiliating racial profiling and customer service I received here. I am almost considering retuning what I purchased because I do not want to support an establishment that hires individuals who could have such views/ideologies of minorities. Every time I look at my purchase now, which was purchased with great intentions, I am reminded of this transaction.But, I am hoping I can be better than the woman who belittled and humiliated me, hold my head high and still find enjoyment in my purchase.Mills, I hope you can do better for the future. I love the establishment but I do not know if I can return after this hurtful experience. I am sharing my experience in hopes that it does not have to happen to anyone else.Thank you for taking the time to read.

The Apothecary is fantastic. Huge selection of wonderful products and the customer service can’t be beat. Best place to shop for yourself or for gifts - they gift wrap in beautiful boxes it’s always a great experience.

I've been doing business with Mills for 18 years - the pharmacy staff is the best.From George ( who moved on ) to present head pharmacist Mike is a gem & personable and never rushes you off the phone. Real gent & doesn't go unnoticed !Apothecary had a great selection of mens and women's fragrances and fancies. Beats all the chains & kicks them to the curb ...!

Was reading the reviews as I am picking up a prescription for a friend and they said the hours are not posted. So I checked on the website it says they close at 6 PM but the pharmacy closes at 9 PM so I called and they both close at 5 PM not sure why they do not wanna post their hours correctly.

I'm an Independent Professional Photographer that specializes in shooting high end homes and I know, exactly, the importance of producing the best possible product in the best possible way. Mills Apothecary is truly a stand-alone boutique in that sense. You will not find what they have in stock even at Nordstrom and even a number of surprising cases, Niemans or Saks! I never wash with the radioactive detergent that most people do from Krogers or Meijers or Target. Their selection of imported soaps are worth every penny as are their skin products and FRAGRANCES AND CANDLES and they're truly fabulous. I used to know one of the "Noses" in the perfume industry in France and he taught me a lot....Mills carries truly exquisite & unique products that discerning fragrance lovers will easily recognize and love. I happily travel the 25 minutes needed to shop there because Jeff Bezos DOES NOT NEED any more of my money AND they match online prices also. You won't be sorry.....go shop there!!

Very rude over the phone at the pharmacy. The person I spoke with over the phone influenced his personal opinion on a medical issue. Highly unprofessional and will never patronize this establishment.

In the last year I’ve had to use a compound pharmacy. THIS WHOLE TEAM IS THE BEST!!! Lucky to have found them. Worth the drive!!!!

The pharmacists are the best and will go out of their way to help you if there's anything you need or have a question about. Also love the small shop/pharmacy feel.
