Read the comment about not honestI can't believe anyone would write that. Costs are listed and the time spent on each facial is greater than any other salon. Both Mary and Rose are compassionate and care deeply for their clients.

Mary are Rose are some of the most wonderful people that I have ever met, we always have great conversations. The place is always very clean, warm, and welcoming. Mary and Rose really care about their work and I always leave very pleased. Over the years that I have been coming to Mary Glancz European Facial and Studio, my skin health has greatly improved.

Mary are Rose are some of the most wonderful people that I have ever met, we always have great conversations. The place is always very clean, warm, and welcoming. Need to offset the other review. I've seen Rose for a European facial for 7 years and every time it's such a thoroughly cleansing and relaxing, wonderful experience. I have also tried facials at other well reviewed establishments in bigger cities and have found most of them lacking. Rose will thoroughly perform extractions, massage, light eyebrow waxing/ touch ups and my facials have taken between 1 hour - over two hours if time permits. I feel this is the only person I can see for a job well done for my skin! She is very kind and affirming, and I will continue to see her schedule permitting (I now fly from Seattle and look forward to her facials when I am in Michigan twice or thrice a year).

Rose is fantastic and I highly recommend getting a facial. My skin never looked better! It really is the best facial I have ever had.

There are no words to describe the luxury of a facial by Rose at the Mary Glantz European facial salon. A once a month facial and dermabrasion leaves my skin looking even toned, blemish free and very refreshed. Rose truly is a master of her art!

This place is very poorly run. They pretend not to speak English well when you have an issue as well. I went in for a normal bikini wax and someone other than my usual person said that they were going to take care of me. She did an OK job, but was rushed and not listening to me about which areas are extra sensitive on me. Then, when I went to pay she tried to charge me twice. Once for my original appointment and then again for the appointment with her. I finally got her to only charge me for one appointment but she charged me her normal appointment price which is $10 more. When I called to speak to the owner she was never available. When I finally did speak with her she denied the amount that I was charged. After a month of going back and forth, I got her to give me the difference back, but she was completely unreasonable and calling me names when I went to get the cash that she had to give me because she couldn't figure out how to refund it to my credit card.
