The 1,400 sq. foot butcher shop and eatery, located on 283 Hamilton Row in Birmingham, will feature café seating with hot and cold sandwiches, Marrow’s signature burgers, and vegetarian options. The menu will be spearheaded by the culinary team led by Chef Sarah Welch. Besides food for dining in and take out, Marrow will have retail offerings of fresh meat cuts, house-made deli meats and sausages, dry goods and sundries, as well as takeout wine.
