Intelligent Office is located in a prominent office complex with a convenient commute. Their office is well-equipped and clean. If you are used to working in a pleasant professional / corporate office environment, you'll feel right at home. There are also convenient amenities within the building such as a cafeteria, dry cleaner, travel agency, convenience store, a steakhouse, etc. The pet firm rate is on par with or less than other coworking spaces in the area.”

“This is a belated 5 star review. It should have been written in early August 2023, after the great experience I had there. I used this location to pack and ship several items including a desktop PC, and a lamp and shade. I also brought in several cartons I had packed myself. The employee who helped me was wonderful! So cheerful and patient. When the costs were totaled, she asked if I belonged to AAA or AARP, which I do, which gave me a discount. I've been using UPS for years in Michigan and Florida, and no one has ever mentioned those discounts. I was delighted. Now, here it is January 2024 and I'm just opening the boxes they had packed for me. OMG! What an amazing job they did: everything wrapped so carefully! No shortage of bubble wrap or tape at all! They even hand made a separate little box for a light bulb. Plus they neatly packaged a couple of old potholders I meant to toss out, and included a cute little note with a smiley face on it. So, 5 months later I'm finally writing this review. I just had to write and commend the store and the great employee who helped me. I'm so sorry I don't have her name now. If I do find the original bill of sale and her name is there, I'll edit this to give her the public acclaim she deserves.Thank you, UPS on Livernois near Walton! Job VERY well done!p.s. I've used this location in the past, and always thought they did a great job. This time, the experience went far beyond! Thank you for providing such excellent service.”

“This is my go-to UPS location. I have had good experiences at this location. Staff is awesome here and friendly and very helpful. I am usually in and out in 5 minutes. Only complaint is the parking can be cumbersome here depending on time of day with local school main road next to entrance.”

On every visit, I have been met with the nicest employees and best customer service!Unfortunately, I don’t know all the employees names but I do want to thank London, Jenna, and Brandon for their amazing service!I just moved and will no longer pass this location on my way home. Even though my new commute passes two other UPS Store locations, I would be willing to go out of my way to this store.”
