Took 2.5 hours for a highlight and cut. Not to mention she charged me for a toner because the highlights took so long. Extremely overpriced for the results. Won't be going back.

45-minute delay without a courtesy call is unacceptable and unprofessional. Stephanie did not even apologize, although her assistant did. This client of several years will take my business elsewhere.
