I recently attempted to return a Christmas gift with all the necessary documentation, including proof of purchase. Regrettably, the person at the service desk made the process difficult and declined my return. Despite being a loyal customer with a history of $20,000 in clothing purchases and no previous return issues, this experience left me profoundly disappointed.

I had a very positive shopping experience here! I had several associates say hi, check how things were going, and even help me find items. I had zero issues. The store in general was a calmer vibe compared to another store that I went to recently. Absolutely would recommend shopping here. I had never been to this location and I am extremely pleased in pleasantly surprised. One of the employees was also very kind about trading an item in and made it very easy and seamless. Shout out to the whole staff here!

Rude staff. Manager didnt know how to help me over the phone with a mistake the cashier did on the phone. I live 30 min away. Don’t have time to go back and forth.

I never had this kinda experience shopping at lululemon stores before. The stuff here at this location were very rude I prefer not wear this product if I get treated like this. I did not like the way they talking to their costumers I dont even know why I even waited for my turn. But never going back to this store again

Very rude I paid for a shirt with cash 90$, I then to return and they told me I couldn’t get cash back … you would of thought I was stealing they looked at my like I was crazy because I said I wanted cash since I didn’t bring my debit card. They would only give me 60$ cash the rest store credit. Worst lululemon. Called customer service and shocker they never followed up. The ROCHESTER store is awesome tho

Love the selection this location has and the changing rooms are really nice. I feel like the Detroit location doesn't have nearly as much of a selection. Really great customer service and I've only had extremely positive experiences with staff!

I had never been to a Lululemon location before, and was pleasantly surprised when coming here. First off, I had no idea they sold clothing items for men. I truly believed they only sold items for women. My ignorance aside, I had a mission - to purchase workout gear for my girl. The staff was very helpful and quickly came to my aid. YES, I was also surprised at how expensive everything is here, but the quality for leggings is supposed to be far superior, so I figured that purchasing leggings here was a sound choice.I was told they also repair here, but I couldn't really process the if/whens about it, so if you have gear from Lulu and it is somehow damaged, it would be wise to call and see if they may be able to fix it. All in all, this was a nice experience, and (after I save up some money) I'll be back in the near future.

If I could shop at Lululemon only when Ben is around I would do it! He was so sweet, attentive, and actually helped me out with a problem that lululemon created. He went out of his way to make sure my order was rectified and that I left a satisfied customer! If you ever want to shop and not feel like you’re a bother, go to lululemon Birmingham when ben is working!

I was in utter shock about how awful the customer experience and retail team performed at this location. As a avid lululemon customer the team failed at providing accurate support let alone due diligence on the items I was attempting to trade in and the clothing I wanted to purchase. All in all, it lost lululemon a large sale and potential long-standing customer. Highly recommend visiting and purchasing at another location when buying lululemon. The staff here, especially Ryan and Caitlin, we're frustrating and disappointing to deal with after providing two separate outlines of "changes" company policies I have never heard of before and refusing to allow me to further trade in and move forward with my purchases. They should at least get on the same page about their different versions of "corporate policy".

This store is always so crazy busy but they are always so nice and accommodating. Every time I’ve been in it’s just great customer service time after time I’ve never been disappointed. Also I must say they are incredibly nice to teenagers - my daughter has been in where she didn’t buy anything but still asked for a bag?! and they were nice enough to give her one. Luckily we’ve spent plenty in there but they didn’t know that and were still so nice.
