I had a terrible experience with an agent from this brokerage. I was reaching out about a home I was interested in and right off the bat this agent was unprofessional. He responded to me over text which was fine and then I asked a few questions which he refused to answer. Simple questions which were if there was a/c, an in unit washer/dryer and what utilities were included in rent. I had to ask those questions 3 times for him to answer only one. He demanded I do a phone call with him to go over the information and we scheduled that for the next day. He failed to call me at our 11am scheduled call and texted me at 9pm to ask to reschedule. I decided I should go view it with him instead. As for the viewing, we scheduled a day for me to come and see the place and he was aware I lived an hour and a half away. A mere 20 minutes before the scheduled time he cancelled the showing and said he would give me the code to let myself in since I was already in the area. That defeated the whole purpose of me being able to ask him the questions he dodged over text for a week. I wasted my entire afternoon and gas for an unprofessional agent to cancel 20 mins prior to the meeting when I had double checked with him about the date and time the day prior. I ended up telling him I was no longer interested. Just a warning if you use this brokerage that the professionalism is the worst I have ever seen in my time as a renter. Don’t waste your valuable time!

Really bad experience with Caroline Nelson. She called every single minute to get the listing. Once she got it, no more calls. After 2 months she started bringing issue after issue, fees after fees (don't really know if it was on purpose or really no experience). Then she withdrawn the listing, refuse to return the key and disposed it. Extremely unprofessional! Hope not all agents at this place are like her.

Hands down I will refer Caroline Nelson. Matter of fact I will shout that from the rooftops if need be. The long and skinny of it is...I found a condo I fell in love with. Did inspection, appraisal and next step title company. Lo and behold the deed was flagged fraudulent. Title company says the rightful owners were in probate. Find them and you can save your deal. Side by side we tracked down the rightful sellers. Unbeknownst to us this deal had a lot of valleys. Didn't matter to me I wanted this place. Not knowing the outcome she stuck by me, though court dates, legal proceedings, etc. There are Realtors that surely would have advised me to pass it by and not assist any further on a deal they weren't sure would come into fruition. Not Caroline! Patience is truly her virtue as this deal was unnerving. At the very last moment the deal had threatened to go awry once again. I was done. Caroline wouldn't let me throw in the towel. She said you wanted this, this is just a bump in the road. This deal is as good as done, stay in there. She was right!! I am enjoying my place and space so very much. Caroline I will be forever indebted to you. Thank you! Your skills, talent and expertise is unmatched.
