Went in to get fitted for my friends wedding and Neil and Justin took care of my measurements, they were incredibly helpful and seemed to actually care that I was fitted perfectly. There was another gentleman that helped a little too but I didn’t get his name. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future!

I haven’t had to wear a suit in 25 years, but I went in and bought one from the Birmingham store. The employees, especially Sierra, go above and beyond to do everything they can to make sure that you leave there looking and feeling amazing. Sophia, the tailor, is an absolute sweetheart and had to make many adjustments to my suit, but I know it’s going to turn out beautifully because she’s been doing this for 52 years. The prices are very reasonable, but it’s the service and quality of their clothing that will keep me coming back. I’m not sure what Sierra‘s title is but she is an absolute angel who always has a beautiful smile and energy about her and will do everything she can to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. They truly know how to give incredible customer service. Thank you for a great experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute trash experience with extremely rude, unhelpful, unprofessional staff. The attitudes are unbelievable. The unwillingness to help, also unbelievable. And don’t bother making an appointment online (like we did) because “they don’t get any of those notices” and you’ll be left on your own when you get there. Don’t waste your time with that garbage store- take your money elsewhere.

I recently visited the Birmingham location and was assisted by a gentleman named Neil. I had a fantastic experience with Neil. He got me measured for a suit and shirt, showed me a few color combo options I had and had me on my way. He was very thorough but efficient. Would definitely go back to him in the future.

Awful service. Store doesn't know how to find things in the inventory. Would not recommend going here. Plenty of other stores that will help you.

Some serious customer service coaching needed here. Was greeted by a guy who you’d think with his attitude that he will quit tomorrow. No smile, not a welcoming personality, and big attitude in size selection. Asked about alteration and he said I’ll take it in a week because their tailor is sick or I can do it somewhere else. I’m a surgeon and have a big conference coming up and will lecture in front of 300 attendees, yet I felt I’d rather go with shorts than buy from him. Jos A Bank …… you need some auditing on this Birmingham location!

You have to love a store with a good collection of everything. You go in, and end up leaving with definitely something in your hands.The staff is always friendly, always helpful, and if they're busy, your eyes get lost at the charming collections they have.Definitely worth your time

Had a wonderful experience with these guys. I had a last minute wedding and I need a tux off the shelf. Let me tell you that team came together and got me a tux that same day. I was so impressed with the customer service and my experience. Thank you to the whole staff. Great job to all

My fiancé went there with several groomsmen because they wanted to check out some suits online they liked. He was planning to order early because one of his groomsmen lives out of state and he won’t see him again until the wedding. The sales associate told him it’s too early to buy for a spring wedding and to come back with the bride because it’s “her day”. I trust my fiancé and wanted him to enjoy picking out suits with his friends because it’s his day just as much as mine, very frustrating.
