“First time staying here and definitely not the last. The room was absolutely beautiful and the art work all around the hotel was just incredible.This was the first hotel to truly go above and beyond for my dog. Once we settled into the room someone brought up a mat with two bowls, a bottle of water and a nice rope toy for my puppers. As well as a nice plush dog bed.The workers at the valet desk gave her plenty of treats that were home made from a local bakery.I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Very nice place to stay. Well designed and laid out . Room was clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was nice with all the fixings you would expect. Only one small issue. I'n there bid to be "eco friendly" the toilet has no flush power and it took a very long time for the water to heat up .All in all a very neat clean tidy and friendly staffed place to stay!!”

“Loved my stay at Royal Hotel in Rochester. I especially enjoyed the staff. Came in from a late night flight and Bianca was very nice and checked me in quickly. We had a meeting and Will from the AV team was responsive and helped us every step of the way. He helped make the meeting special. He felt like one of the crew. I think Reece helped me when I had to switch rooms. The gym was great it has all the right equipment. Ruth and Lori were the icing on the cake. They helped me check out and had great conversation. I left feeling cared for and with genuine interactions. Oh and also the food was pretty good at the restaurant. This hotel has 5 star service ?Rooms: Rooms were clean. “Firstly my check in time was at 4pm however was there earlier and I was granted an early check in with no issues. Food was great , hotel just open in June so you would know how clean this place is. Dnt think about it just book ur stay. Staff was friendly.Rooms: CleanNearby activities: Activities are between 10 and 15 minutes drive.Safety: Felt safeFood & drinks: Breakfast was served hot and variety of juices available coffee and tea always available.”

“This is what a hotel stay should always be like! I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness but these rooms absolutely exceeded my expectations. The beds were on the firmer side but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything was functional. The customer service we received was also phenomenal we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout out stay. They even had ear plugs at the front desk along with various complimentary items. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I will be back!Safety: Entrances and elevators locked at night and you have to use your key card to scan in. Made me feel safer as a female traveler.”

“Our 1st time staying at one if your properties. Rooms were great, pool was great, service was great. Only suggestion for readers of reviews: I overlooked this place does not have complimentary breakfast with room purchase. They have a made to order of a menu which comes with extra costs. The nearby Wendy's is horrible with customer service. Do not go there! The HUB STADIUM next door to hotel is awesome!Thank you for a great stay and if we're in area again we will come back.”

“We went here for a last minute Valentine's Day Getaway. It is, as is every Hilton we've visited this far, very comfortable with great amenities! This one is surely more for business people, but was a wonderful place for more casual visitors such as ourselves. The breakfast was the BEST I've ever had at any hotel we've ever stayed at! Fresh delicious options and there's even a made to order station! Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was great. After spending years going to sub par hotels and motels with few exceptions, we are now officially Hilton people! Highly recommend. 6 Stars! ?Rooms: Clean, spacious, with everything you could possibly want or need.Food & drinks: Breakfast was the best Hotel / Motel breakfast I've ever had. Bar none.”

“We only stayed one night, but it was pleasant. There were no surprises, which is exactly what I want from a hotel.The room was clean. The furniture looks like it was reasonably updated. Sheets and towels were clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable. There are some nice details as well, like the reading lights and USB ports at both sides of the bed.The staff were friendly, and we received text messages checking up on us at the beginning of our stay. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and free.I have no major criticisms. Troy (and Clawson) are not pedestrian-friendly, but that's not the hotel's fault. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth keeping in mind that the air conditioner is the smaller variety and they can be a little noisy. Ours was on the louder side, but it wasn't too bad and we slept just fine.The bathrooms are excellent. Like the room itself, they have been updated recently. The lights flanking the bathroom mirror are another nice touch - my fiancée found it very helpful when applying makeup. The shower is tall-person friendly, which is greatly appreciated.This is a hotel. It does its job well. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced.Rooms: Recently updated with some nice touches, like reading lights and USB charging ports.”

“This hotel is nice inside than what it looks from the exterior, I was shocked at the pricing of the rooms. The cost was higher here than other "luxury" hotels and the rooms are smaller, the rooms are very nice just small. The restaurant was nice, good food with a good selection, everyone was very pleasant with a sense of humor.”

“This Marriot is conveniently located next to I-75 for easy access to all the surrounding areas. The hotel is nice. The rooms are small. We were even upgraded to a larger king room on the concierge level. The disappointment was in the club lounge. Evening there was nothing but cheese and crackers. The drinks were 9.00 a piece. Went the bar and got cheaper drinks. Breakfast was a little better but not great. Staff is excellent and took good care of our needs.This hotel is oriented for business travel. Everything is geared for the Sunday through Thursday traveler. We were there for business so it was good. The bar is hoping at night.”

“Manager Rhonda and the entire staff was exceptional.THANK YOU FOR THE HOSPITALITY.Rooms: These Are very spacious and clean. The sleeping was addictive. Most days I did not want to get out of the bed. The pillows was great.Safety: I especially felt safe throughout my two and a half month stay.After a certain time, the doors are locked. You have to use your key to enter the premises.Walkability: There is nearby dining. You can literally walk to it.Noteworthy details: Tis hotel has onsite laundry for you to use at your leisure. The fee is quite economical. I enjoyed it especially.”

“Booked for a night since we had a wedding in town, traveled all the way from lansing. We were trying to check in later than 2am since the wedding party was still going on but when we called the number it led us to the international hotline. The customer service person said we have to call the hotels front desk number but we could not find the front desk number anywhere.. the room itself is not bad though.”

“I stayed here last week due to my normal hotel being booked. The overall facility was nice and relatively clean. They advertise an onsite restaurant which after traveling all day was a positive. However, after checking in and going down to eat at about 6:30, I was told the chef hadn’t shown up yet. So I had to go back out to eat. The next morning at 6:50 the breakfast bar (which I paid extra to have) was just partially set up. The following morning at the same time the breakfast area was still dark. I checked out and asked for a refund for the money spent on breakfast. I was told it would be credited, but nearly a week later it hasn’t been. The clerk even wrote in my invoice it would be credited by manager. The front desk clerk at check out was rude and dismissive.I won’t be back!”

“EZ Rest has been around for a long time needs updating and didn’t even have WiFi smh doesn’t accept not pet friendly had to leave cause I had my little yorkie with me but soon as I come out my room all I smell is weed so you can smoke weed but not have a little house dog that’s potty trained make it make since. “Before finalizing any trip, I do a quick check on a few sites, including HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm My last trip was surprisingly affordable after that bit of research. Maggie was super professional, and despite it being 4 a.m she made me feel comfortable even when the guests were "hard to deal with". Not once did she step out of character or loose her cool. Furthermore, even though I'm 1200 miles from home, Maggie made my visit feel welcomed and genuine.This woman goes above and beyond for guests!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ? ? ?”

“The place is nice. It has a full kitchen and upon check-in, the frontdesk are kind and friendly. They were very accommodating and informative. however there are few things I would like to note.1. The reception said that she will provide me the kitchenware since she was already done for the day but the day came nobody provided me those, I followed up with them twice via call and still no kitchenware arrive. I had to go to the front desk and talk to frontdesk before they would provide me with the kitchen items that I need and still missing 1 item (draining rack). She said there was no available but will have 1 the next day. She said she will give me as soon as it is available. Now, it's my 2nd week it has not arrived.2. It was stated during the check-in that the housekeeping is done on the 8th day of the stay which was a Saturday. Before I left for the weekend travel, I asked frontdesk if they will clean the unit even without my presence which the front desk confirmed. When I arrived Monday, the room was not cleaned. I had to followup and it took another 2 days before it was cleaned up.3. I am not sure if their hallway was vaccumed but it's smelly and dusty. My allergic rhinitis is triggered.The hotel is good overall but they don't provide something that they promised. If you don't ask, they will forget about it.They were never proactive.Rooms: The room is nice. It was a kitchen where you can cook. The hotel provides kitchen ware”

“Armani is the greatest he was so helpful and kind he always looks out for me and my family when ever we stay here. All the housekeepers are so sweet and thorough rooms were immaculately clean. Family friendly and safe. I will always choose this location when I take a trip to Michigan hands down the best and most affordable place in the area. “It's a bit out dated ,and could really use some vacuuming and shampooing and new blinds .The bathtub had a catcher in it .it was full of old hair and gross stuff .other than that it's quiet ,safe ,there are no homeless or drug addicts in the parking lot at night .The owners are very kind .which is why I gave this motel 4 stars .I didn't give it 5 because it needs a thorough clean.There are no bugs at this motel .That is huge .Rooms are very nice ,very big .Gas station near by fast food within walking distance .”

“Each time I visit this hotel it’s a great place to stay when on a business/work related trip, rooms always clean & in a quiet area. Staff do a fantastic job as well. Even better that it’s directly across the street from my work site. I’ll indeed return for future site visits. ?Rooms: The rooms are always clean & available for use upon arrival.Safety: Very quiet & safe area, no issues.Walkability: Within walking distance to work site when visiting (for me).”
