If I can give them 0 stars I would. This place is horrible, I took about 18 pieces of clothing to them and they lost 4 pieces of clothing of mine. I initially dealt with the owners son and when I first come in, his son did not count the pieces or anything just throw them in a bag and handed me a receipt, I was a little confused because I go to a lot of dry cleaners and I've never seen a dry cleaner not count the pieces. When I picked up my clothing I said are you guys sure this is all the pieces and he said yes. I counted my pieces and I was missing 4 items. I then spoke with the owner and he said nothing is missing because they never make mistakes. I repeatedly told him you are human and people make mistakes and he kept telling me its impossible, then his son comes out from the back room and said I found one of your pants, I looked at his father and said I thought you don't make mistakes he then said "oh because we had to clean those a little deeper" but he did not mention that before his son brought out my missing jeans. I would not recommend this place at all because the owner did want to help me with this problem, all he kept saying is we don't make mistakes, when he clearly made a mistake when his son brought out my missing jeans. Do not waste your time, their are a lot of way better cleaners in the area like tide cleaners and much cheaper then grants and service is 100x better at tide cleaners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I came into town on Sunday night before Labor Day for a funeral on Tuesday morning. A suit needed to be presssed before the event. I called all the places on Yelp in southeast Oakland county on Labor Day Monday - when most places like this are closed - and John picked up. Told me to bring the suit at 8am Tuesday and he would have it done for me. I called again at 7am on Tuesday just to make sure I couldn't come any earlier - John picked up again and said come by at 8. I show up at 8 with the suit, the nice woman at the desk knew who I was and it was done in less time than it took to pick up bagels... thank you John.

Just crying now. They just ruined my favourite linen shorts and didn't even try to apologise. Just lied in my face that it is was like that and supposed to be like that . + they lost my pillow , so at first they said that they lost it , then that it is explode!!! No evidence no money back Very very bad experience. Avoid this place !

The best dry cleaners in town in my opinion. The owner, John, is a joy to see when I am dropping off and picking up clothes. John will make your day with his effervescent good humor. John's niece runs the reception area with aplomb. I don't even need to say my name. My shirts and other items are immediately brought forward almost as soon as I walk in the door. In all candor, I have never met a better or nicer dry cleaner and I have been using dry cleaners for more than half a century.
