I recently bought a car from Golling Alfa Romeo Fiat. I cannot say enough good things about the staff especially the finance manager James he is very easy on the eyes. His wife is a very lucky woman.

Kyle is so freaking awesome. He is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. My 18 Alfa Romeo Stelvio’s had radiator and turbo issues. Kyle was great at coordinating

I had been dealing with another dealership to purchase a vehicle for two weeks, would’ve been three if I would’ve settled for their nonsense. I called Golling Fiat, Gino answered and by the end of the day, with their system being down, I drove off the lot in the perfect match for me. Mike, the Finance Manager, exhibited excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I told Gino I’ll see him in ten years and he said “no, please just come back to say hi”. Because of his sweet spirit and genuine apathy for my situation, I will most certainly do just that. I truly pray that God continues to bless the Golling Team as they have blessed me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! After a basic oil change with my 2019 Alfa Romeo having ONLY 42,000 miles I needed a complete new engine! Less than 24 hrs after they serviced my car, upon turning starting it, the car started jerking and engine light went on and all automatic power shut down. It got towed back to them and they stated that the cylinder in the engine was burned. Hmm interesting when NOTHING was wrong w my car prior to this! After Alfa care covered some of the cost they still expected me to pay $5000 out of pocket. Upon speaking with the very rude the general manager, he told us to go ahead and get a lawyer and that it’s our word against theirs because he wasn’t working w us on this and nothing was their fault. I ended up having to pay $3000 to replace my engine and then after a month and half the oil light turned on AGAIN and was already low after only going 2000 miles because they STILL didn’t put enough oil in my car (which is what I believe happened in the first place requiring a engine). Never going here again! And I advise everyone not to as well!

Got me in for service the next day after scheduling an appointment...Also was able to get a loaner until service was done on my car..No inconvenience ??

Kyle always goes above and beyond to makes things happen when it comes to service my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I can call him at the last minute and he will find me an open spot to accommodate my vehicle needs. Kyle, thank you for everything that you do. I will recommend Kyle to anyone in need of an expert.

We had to have our vehicle towed over a hour to Golling. They called as soon as it showed up to there service department and kept me informed step by step during the process. Very professional and quick turnaround. Definitely recommend Golling!
