I have shopped at this store numerous times now. I first began by deciding to redo my entire wardrobe. The staff was so incredible to me. There were at least 3 people helping me to choose wise staple items and Mitch and match options. They were very knowledgeable, very friendly and super attentive. This has been my experience every time I have been there. I love this place!

I had the most amazing experience this afternoon at the downtown Birmingham location. The staff were very helpful, provided recommendations, and even gave me compliments and made me feel really good about myself. I will definitely be going back to this location and continue to invest my clothing needs at Evereve.

My experience yesterday was not the best. No one ever asked if I needed help nor acknowledged that I was even in the store. There was a young blonde working who made eye contact with me a few times and looked at me as if I didn't belong in the store. THEN I stood by the dressing room and asked if I can just go into any one that is open. The young blonde stood in the sales area and just looked at me and wouldn't even help me! It was Julie who was near the registers that came and helped me. I was appalled at this young girls behavior and you should never treat people that way. I'm sure the manager can figure out who she is based on who was on shift yesterday. I don't care how nice the clothes are I would not give business to a place that has poor customer service.

Julia (Julia w.) was one of the best reps I’ve come across in downtown Birmingham. My friend and I walked in a few minutes before close and I even heard her helping another guest reassuring her to not worry about rushing. She was fun, she was absolutely helpful, and also informative of the brands. I will recommend this spot bc of her and will be back Bc of her. Thank you for your help, Julia!!! I love my new jeans!

Normally places geared towards younger trendy demographic groups don't have stuff for older ladies, but not this place. I needed a warm turtle neck in winter white. Only place I found one that also fit perfectly which is not easy due to my very short torso. Pricey but classic enough to be wore for years. Good service.

While you will find some trendy clothing, you will also find something classic that will last season from season. That is the type I buy and at times you can't find that. I needed a warm turtle neck. When I explained that to the sales clerk, she quickly showed me what I was looking for. Quick try on in one of their dressing rooms proved it fit. It was more than I wanted to spend, but the quality means it will last for years. Most of us females know when you find something that fits perfectly, you buy it. Good service and good quality means repeat customers every time.

I usually stop into this location 3-4 times per month. I was extremely disappointed tonight as I planned to stop in after we had dinner. I came at 7:30 and it was closed. You were supposed to be open until 8. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give no stars, I would. Took the girl a solid minute to even notice I was there because she was to busy playing on her phone. I’ve also never had a problem when customer service told me I could do something until today when I was told ‘I don’t know what customer service can do for you, but I can’t do anything anything for you’. Even showed her the email from customer service and that still wasn’t good enough. She just kept telling me that my item was too old. Didn’t know something I bought a little bit over a month ago was too old. If you actually want to have a good shopping experience and not be treated like you’re below someone, go to the Partridge Creek location. You’ll have a much better experience there.

I fell in love with Evereve this year after a dramatic weight loss. Nearly half of my wardrobe is from this company. With that said, I will never step foot into the Birmingham store again. I had shopped there on numerous occasions. I had a quality issue with one of the tops I purchased. It came apart after one wear. The sales staff was horrible to me. They gave me such a hard time because it was past the 30 day policy. Mind you it was 37 days and it was a defect issue. I was asked to come back since they couldn’t find the transaction ( I had the receipt ) and I was given nothing but attitude by more than one sales person. They kept reminding me that it was over the 30 days and let me know they were doing me a favor. They were trying to force me to pick something else out right then and there and when I said I didn’t have time cause I had to get my daughter at school they were extremely nasty to me. I was also asked why I didn’t return it to the Novi store where it was originally purchased. Seriously??? I called corporate immediately to report this and they apologized and had the store send me a coupon. The Novi store is wonderful. The Rochester Hills store is wonderful. I will never give the Birmingham store my business again.

I shop here on-line only. I love there clearance and sale items which are priced great. Their sizes are true to size. Always happy with my purchases. All my purchases usually arrive the next day or two.

The service was amazing! Staff was very friendly, and Anna was wonderful. She helped me pick out a lot of super cute clothes to try on. I really like that they had all the way to an XL in sizes! Unfortunately I'm very tall and curvy so nothing was as long as I'd hoped. The price was fairly reasonable for a boutique, they even had a clearance rack full of goodies. I ended up purchasing a necklace and I'm really happy with it but when I went into a different store today I found very similar jewelry for much less, but that wasn't a boutique as much as a very popular large store in many malls Nationwide. You definitely can't find service the same quality as you would at this place! So if you have money burning a hole in your wallet, turn flower child and get yourself a faux fur jacket. You won't regret it.
