They moved our theater 3 times, it was very cold in the theater and some kids pulled the fire alarm, so we did not see the end of our movie! No one has contacted me???

I was here for a National Kidney Foundation event. The 4th floor is beautiful and so comfortable. We weren't there for a movie, so I don't know how that area looks.

Positve: The staff and Adam (the manager) were very courteous and respectful. They were very personable and helpful for our afternoon screening of THE COLOR PURPLE (which was wonderful ? might I add). There were a couple of concerns. Accessibility ♿️; the entry doors are not accessible for disabled so if you have a walker or wheelchair you are unable to open the door without assistance. Elevators: You have to utilize them to get to the movie theater. Parking: is not the best in Birmingham, and the garage spots are not easy to come by either. Emagine offers 2 hours free (when you're a Platinum Member extra hour) but anything over starts the meter; if you're not aware of this, you won't know to bring your ticket in to have it validated.

Manager screamed at me and my friends for sitting at the counter and told us it wasn’t social hour, along with many other passive aggressive insults. Customer service very terrible and cheese on pizza definitely was rotten. Do not go here.

Id like to know how a $5 shot + a $5 + a ($6!!!! SPLASH of st germain) equates to $28 post tax, pre tip.I’d also like to state how the explanation I got was “it’s 0.75 for a large cup.” That’s $16.75. That’s fine for what I ordered. Where does the random $11 come from? The bartender sounded stupid explaining it “5+5+6+.75 and then tax so $28”, I don’t think she had a way to explain it so, hopefully someone can.2nd drink, no st Germain but now 5+5+.75= $22 … how?You guys are a movie theater. Not a fine establishment. Cut it out. You’re not the only theater with a bar.

As a Birminghamian, I have to say this is one of the best Emagines I have ever had the pleasure of going to. It was intimate and smaller than the other Emagine locations which I kind of liked. Yes the screens are smaller, but there is also less seats so it's more exclusive. We had the whole theatre to ourselves. Everything else was up to Emagine's excellent standards. I will definitely be there every $5 Tuesday that I can!

I hated emagine before my visit here and also now after my visit. I never have a good experience at any emagine location ever. Gave this one a shot bc they were the closest theater to somerset with an early enough time to see the movie I wanted to see. I always walk out unhappy

Nice little theater located in downtown Birmingham. Parking can be a challenge but does seem like there is a lot/garage nearby. We came in for a late night showing and the service behind the concession counter was exceptional. The recliners are comfortable but some are not in the best condition. Overall, we had a positive experience.

This location is smaller than some of the other ones. However, it has a really nice atmosphere. Bar & Grill on site. Recliner seats. Great menu.

Emagine theater “Palladium”I really enjoyed theaters when I was younger. Now that I can produce the same effect at home, I don’t go to theaters much anymore. I did work at Star theater about 20 years ago. So I know how it works.Should I be honest? I’ll just make it simple. The location to downtown is perfect. Terrible parking. World smallest food section. Omg. I’ve seen $1 theaters with bigger food section. Their food selection is crazy! Lots of choices! They even bring you the food if you order a lot and need help. Huge popcorn bin. They even have a working popcorn machine! Very unusual. Self serve pop and icee. Free refills. The chairs are reclining. Lots of space between the chairs. Audio and video are all good. The negative? Some of the chairs are torn. Probably from abuse. You must take an elevator to the theater. This theater will not hold a BIG movie premiere. Too small. If you live close, this would be an obvious choice. Like me, I live far away, there are better theaters.Still Recommend

Beautiful theater. Got to see a private screening of Barbie. Food was delicious, popcorn shakers were all filled, offering five flavors, the pop machine worked and the seats worked, The seats could use a reupholstering, but at least they worked.
