Visiting Dolce Moda is an event. The curated collections are sourced from designers around the world and any visit is guaranteed to produce a killer ensemble. Jenny has spoiled us. The bar is high for other boutiques to attain the same level of customer experience. Not only does she provide recommendations, but more importantly, she isn’t afraid to say when something DOESN’T look good. This builds trust and confidence in the opinions offered. Jenny is fabulous.As a bonus, she took my number to notify me once the items I was looking for became available, a few days later I got a message with photos too!

Wow! Did we ever enjoy our time with Jenny and Alyssa! They were both enthusiastic guides throughout their very fine product lines. I left with an exceptionally nice suit, and a shirt. In the meantime, by helping me try on a variety of pieces, they were careful to make notes for sizes, concepts, etc… all were noted to make future shopping even better. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to a fault. Absolutely recommended- first class customer service!

The experience at Dolce Moda was absolutely phenomenal! We were in a crunch, and after running all around town to find two outfits for our vow renewal festivities, this was our last resort and WOW - they delivered. Alyssa created such an elevated and enjoyable experience for us. We walked in and she got to work. She helped my husband style two unique outfits that he LOVED! This is a hidden gem that you’ll forever be grateful that you found.

We had a terrible experience here. We bought a jacket, and we were NOT told that it was final sale. Less than 24 hours later, I tried to return it with tags attached and with receipt. They told me they couldn’t refund me because it was final sale. When I noticed they didn’t have that posted anywhere, they said, “It’s on your receipt.” You mean the receipt I got AFTER I purchased it? The owner told me she didn’t have time to argue and didn’t plan on making an exception. My jaw dropped. We told her this was poor business practice AND a moral issue. It was a $228 jacket. She told me she’s too busy to deal with me. I also told her I would write a bad review, and she said to go ahead. Eventually, she agreed to refund me and stormed off. I feel bad for the nice girl who works there as an associate. She was super helpful and friendly.
