Kudos to the pharmacist. Walgreens had a shortage, none of my prescription available. I called CVS and had to leave a voicemail. Not only did the CVS pharmacist call back within the hour, she confirmed that CVS had the same shortage but was able to recommend another pharmacy I could call. I did, and the one she recommended had the meds I needed! I am so impressed and so grateful that the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me, the patient, get the rx I needed, especially when it technically wasn't even her responsibility at all. Thank you!

I went into the store with a group of friends and were quickly rushed and continually asked if I was done shopping. After being in there for no more than 3 minutes they liked all but 2 of us out into 10 degree wether and when we questioned them in the rules because if the weathers they threatened to call the cops even though we were planing to by 50 dollars or more at there store. We did buy things but left quickly because of the disrespectful treatment.

I really like the Birmingham store because it's smaller and the staff there was very personable. I wish that all the CVS stores had the same type of customer service.

I'm at this stor virtually every day. tried to buy lottery tix recently from their ;looto machine. i pu my money in, then it said its not weorking and it gave me a "refund slip" I just went to cash it they told me it was from 3 days ago they cant do anything with it" no one waits 3 days to cash these", " how do we know its yours?". blah, blah, blah. "theirs nothing you can do with this"bottom line, they screwed me out of my $50, won't be back.

I just moved here from out of state and have gone to the pharmacy 3 times. I couldn't be happier for the expediency of filling my prescriptions as well as how pleasant the staff is. I had read the others reviews and it spite of the many unfavorable reviews, I decided to try them. I'm so glad I did.

The worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to the pharmacists are extremely rude they talk about other customers and other coworkers in front of you extremely not helpful and give me attitude every time I go in there. They're always out of stock and make you feel like you're stupid for asking questions. Would go to a different location don't waste your time here

A lack of help these days is understandable how ever the staff that is in the store don't even acknowledge the people in line waiting and are so disorganized help people who have come in after those waiting in line. It just is rude

Shelby the manager was very rude and evidently not managing this store well. Long wait, I picked up an item that was incorrectly priced. It took forever to take off the security and verify the price. In other stores they make up the price difference when they have an incorrect price. Shocking this is in Birmingham

Pharmacy has terrible customer service, hours are inconvenient. Carol doesnt want to let you pick up a prescription at 7:55 because they close at 8. She said the system probably won't let her ring it up this late, miraculously it did. I told her it's always something with this pharmacy her response was "then why did you come here."

I'm not sure if this is a new CVS or an old one but I had never seen it before. I needed to find an at-home covid test because I'm visiting and staying with friends this weekend and we are going to be careful about it. I actually ordered one on the CVS website but they haven't even shipped it yet so I had to go to a physical store and find another one. I called before going and they said the pharmacy has some. I arrived at the pharmacy, was ignored for a few minutes, and then they said they had some back there - but they did not, so I should check the front. I went to the front and the cashier said they had a few and asked me how many I wanted. I would go back to the CVS if in the area but I think I will stick to my 14 Mile one otherwise.

This CVS Pharmacy got reported by the one in Royal Oak for being negligent and incompetent. Avoid for your own safety.

I showed up to pick up a prescription on a Sunday at 5:30pm and all the lights were off and they were closed....the sign on their door and Google says they close at 6:00pm on Sundays. First time I have ever seen a place close that early from their close time, absolutely terrible do not go to this location by any means.

This is my favorite CVS store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also have all of my prescriptions filled at this store's pharmacy. Their pharmacy is top notch. They are prompt and are very personable. Nora at the pharmacy is especially helpful and very kind. I see this store has some bad reviews. Ignore them. The store was recently remodled and is very clean and organized inside. I would highly recommend this location.
