It’s genuinely disheartening to be ignored when I was ready to invest quite a bit. I went in with excitement and willingness to spend, only to feel dismissed and undervalued. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of appearances or assumptions.
I guess my Gucci glasses and crochet cashmere sweater didn’t quite meet your standard?
My experience reminds me of scenes where the protagonist ends up surpassing everyone's expectations, much like in "Pretty Woman."
I know my worth, and it’s a shame those employees couldn’t see past their judgments and treat me with respect and as I deserved.
I hope whomever reads this is the store's management! They need to know how their employees are representing their brand. And if the management is the older gentleman that said he would take care of me in a few minutes but intentionally blew me off after another 15 minutes of waiting for him…
SHAME ON YOU!
Just so these absolutely phony employees know.. this experience did not dim my spirit or day.
You just lost out on a potential $20,000 but with no cap purchase! As I just bought a house and was looking for bedding in all 4 of my rooms. Jokes on you! Lottery is on the next store that shows attentiveness, kindness and integrity. It would be my absolute pleasure to make sure all my other friends as potential customers NEVER GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY!

What an excellent selection. I have to say very knowledgeable. they take a lot of pride. We normally go every three months . my wife is a huge fan. What a great selection. it’s just fun going over there everybody’s has a positive attitude..

Similar to the previous review, the male who works there is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Although they have great products, the atmosphere makes you want to leave immediately. Do not recommend

Cristions has changed the way I view what I sleep on. The brands they carry are top notch. Their rugs are amazing as well. Customer service is excellent - existing one Downtown Birmingham since 1997 says something!! They put their heart into every single customer’s needs. The store is a great way to shop in person, but their website has good staples too! Highly recommend ordering some linen wash or comfy robes. The best!

Excellent customer service. I bought an expensive set of sheets. The fitted sheet started to pill despite my laundering per instructions. Steve was very helpful in remedying the problem. I'm a customer for life.

Nice products. But.... staff is snudy and impatient. If you don't know anything you get the sense you don't belong. I feel I with a more friendly staff this place could soar. There are a lot of people in Michigan who do not have fine linens and are un educated in them. They basically survive because they are the only ones who have it available. If any of these department stores decide to carry sferra and matouk this place is over.

Just bought a full set of sheets and pillows from Cristions Fine Linen and Down located in downtown Birmingham on Old Woodward just north of Maple. Their sheets and pillow cases are the finest genuine Italian Linens. Since we spend about 1/3 of our lives in bed, it's important to have very nice, but reasonably priced bedding. Something most people, particularly men, forget about but can add that little added comfort that will impress your partner. So go see Steve or Kathy who are both extremely knowledgeable and they will advise you as to what kinds of linens will suit your particular needs. I HIGHLY recommend visiting their store to see the quality of their products.

Every time I go into this store I am treated rudely by the male who works there. I feel as if he thinks I am not rich enough to afford his products and therefore he is wasting his time helping me. I would not recommend using this store. It is a very uncomfortable atmosphere when the customer feels as if he/she is imposing on the staff when wanting to purchase bedding.
