Unfortunately always understaffed, and unable to support the needs of walk-in customers. Those that I spoke to were friendly, but not able to help setting up my wire.

Very rude, the staff helped me ordered check, but she didn't tell me where they were shipped,just told me I would receive them soon. I didn't receive anything, wasted me a few days found out the staff put other shipping address.They said it is my fault. Rude and very impatient!
