The Claymore Shop is truly one the top men's clothing stores not only in Michigan but the Midwest as a whole. The only thing that rivals the outstanding customer service provided, is their dedication to providing the best product available from great brands new and old.

I came in looking for a custom suit or even tailored one if the right suit was available. Staff is friendly and wants to be attentive, but didn't quite seem to provide the adequate attention I was expecting for an establishment of this nature. They didn't have any selection for my size, assumed I was 42R without any measurements and then proceeded to tell me they don't have anything I can try on.I was guided to a representative from Empire for a custom suit and the gentleman made little effort to help, honestly speaking. Didn't explain the process, didn't try to ask any questions, just handed me a stack of fabrics and said pick one. Then, tells me that I'm the designer and he just stitches it. No one took a moment to measure me nor ask what I'm looking for. They didn't discuss suit types, styles, or ask what I was looking for.It's hard to say, but I definitely felt not so welcome in this store and the experience is nothing like what others in these reviews have stated. Very disappointed to say the least and I spent the next 2 hours driving around town to find an alternate.

Great place with a well-curated selection of clothes. Also customer service par excellence! Kevin and Elga (sp) accommodated a rush turnaround in tailoring for me for an urgent need. Will return to Claymore for more any time I'm back in the area.

Such an amazing place . Went with my husband looking for pants. Selection was expansive and exquisite. Everyone was warm and welcoming especially Kevin. Luxury without being stuffy.

Excellent service by the owner and store manager for a first time buyer. I was looking to revamp my wardrobe and they offered multiple suggestions and constructive feedback without any pressure sales.

Stopped in finally the other day to check out this store, I had heard about it months ago but kept forgetting to make the drive out to see it and boy do I regret not going sooner. I was instantly blown away by the selection they had as well as the the customer service. Kurtis helped me pick out a great pair of trousers and Allen did a fine job marking them up to be hemmed. It was wonderful to be able to talk to these two about classic menswear and I fully intend to be a repeat customer. If you're a guy in search of a suit, business-wear (both formal and casual), or just love dressing up, you can't miss this place. Easy 5 out of 5 stars.
