I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Couture when I picked out my dress for my Oct 2021 wedding. Nan and Amy made me feel welcome and special, and I never felt they were pushy or salesy—they wanted me to find the right dress for me, no matter whether I bought from them or another shop. Happily, I did find my dream dress at Bridal Couture, and the fittings process was thorough and easy, and the seamstress was lovely and great at her job as well. Thanks to Amy and Nan for making this an experience that met every expectation and dream I had about finding my wedding dress!

I didn’t even buy my dress here but I came on to share how lovely it was to try on dresses here! Nan and Haley were super helpful and laidback, you could tell they weren’t trying to sell but just having fun seeing you in different dresses. They made me feel comfortable and welcome even when I didn’t choose one of their dresses. They gave me wonderful tips for the dress I was buying and recommended a seamstress to me that would do a great job at a great price! Seriously had a wonderful experience!

Thank you Nan for helping me find the dress of my dreams (she was so sweet and cried with us when I found the dress) and to Amy for helping out one covid stressed out bride! Made sure I got my dress when they were shut down during the pandemic in a safe manner! Just wanted to give a long overdue thank you!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff there was so kind and so sweet and truly cared about what I looked like on my big day. I had to have many alterations done and they never made me feel bad about it not one time! I really urge you to go wedding dress shopping here and have your alterations done. They truly are a kind hearted boutique that wants to see you be your best on your big day!

Many people told me not to even bother going to this bridal salon because they have rude reputation. I made an appointment anyway. When i was confirming the woman on the phone was rude and made me feel like like we were not worthy. Called back and Cancelled, not worth my time

This salon nails every aspect of wedding dress/bridesmaid dress shopping. My sister, a very close friend, and now myself have all had incredible bridal gown shopping experiences with Amy and her incredible team. They go out of their way at every step to ensure your dress is exactly what you want and then some. Could not have asked for a better experience, from shopping to fittings and alterations, they exceed every expectation. I recommend this salon to every bride or soon-to-be bride I know/meet!

Hands down, this was the best bridal shopping experience. There was excitement the moment we walked in but also a sense of calm so I wasn't overwhelmed. My consultant was genuine, sweet, relatable, and knew her stuff!! The store's gown selection was perfect; not too much to where the bride would [again] feel overwhelmed but styles for all different wants & needs. TIP:: parking lot is in the back behind the building. Don't worry about that street parking mess

I literally can't sing their praises enough at Bridal Couture. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I had walked into the right place. They were always so helpful and caring through the process of buying and altering my dress. Nan made me feel extremely comfortable and confident through the try-on process and helped me pick out dresses that were what I was envisioning in my head. Amy was always attentive whenever I came in or called through the process and always had any answers I needed readily available. Alterations came out perfect and the dress looked perfect on my wedding day. I received so many compliments on my dress on the day of and since then. I am so glad that I had Bridal Couture beside me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Although I did not find “the dress” here, I wanted to leave a review to help future brides when selecting a store. The staff here was amazing and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The staff truly has your best interest at heart. There is a large selection of gowns here, no doubt. Sometimes, stores may not have a sample dress on the rack that matches your vision and that’s okay- but this place should definitely be on your list to check out!

Not only did Amy and her team help me find the perfect dress, they made the overall experience so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. All the little details were handled and they made sure that my dress was ready for two events: my small wedding in 2020 and my reception in 2022. Every visit was a treat and I can’t say enough good things about this business.

Amy and her team are absolutely amazing. It is almost like Amy knew what dress I would look best in when I wanted through the door! But she let me try on all the dresses I thought I would like first and then brought out THE dress toward the end. The service and care they provide is above and beyond and everything was handled so well with covid going on

I can't say enough nice things about this shop and its staff! My family and I had so much fun shopping with the Bridal Couture team. The dresses are stunning and the service is phenomenal — they go above and beyond to make the experience special. I'd give 10 stars if that were possible!

Overall I had an amazing experience at Bridal Couture. I purchased my dress back in 2019, but my wedding was postponed three times due to covid. The salon was so accommodating in changing my appointments. I had 4 different fitting appointments and every time I felt that they really listened to my thoughts and the changes I wanted on the dress. The tailoring work was beautiful and I am so happy with the final result!
