I was expecting more from a restaurant with common ownership as Andiamo's in Bloomfield Hills. The atmosphere was truly the best part of the evening. Our group ordered Calamari and White Flat Bread for apps and the Salmon Bowl, Steak and Frites, Beef Stroganoff, and Cobb Salad for the entrees. The food was decent, but nothing special The bar area seemed fun, so maybe if we return it will just be for a few drinks.

Not Good! Go Elsewhere! Service was good, but food quality was not! Appetizers were plain & boring, Fried chicken was awful!

We really like Andiamo’s Bloomfield, so with the common ownership we were looking forward to going here. We kept delaying it though because reservations require a credit card with a cancellation fee even if cancelled several hours before the reservation. I do not understand why they have this policy — especially at non-peak dining times. In general, we found the menu to not have enough choices with prices higher than comparable dining options in Birmingham. The steak frites was just under $50 and the steak quality was not a $50 steak. Drink prices were about what one expects in Birmingham, but the bottles of wine were higher than other local restaurants for the same bottles. We really liked the menu when this location was the Triple Nickel and we frequently dined there. I do not think the V Pub will be on our regular dining rotation though.

We went to the pub for a celebratory dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the open air dining in the upstairs of the pub. We had excellent customer service from Nick, and amazing food and drinks. Members of our party raved about the Graceful Orchid, Strawberry Boost, and Tempting Bulliet. Entree favorites were the filet, steak frites, Terry's fried chicken, and pork chop. Fantastic food!

It's busy. We were seated about 5 minutes after we arrived. It's the same owner as Andiamos. Open for only 7 weeks now. The interior looks good. Christian is waiting on us. We ordered the shoe string truffle fries, salmon Caesar no croutons and a salmon pub salad, wanted to see what this webby bread looks like. The shoe string truffle fries were good. Nuclei fried. It comes with Bernaise sauce and ketchup. We asked for bbq sauce, which tasted more like their steak sauce. The salmon Caesar was different, it comes with olive tepanade and artichoke as well. It was pretty good, not $32 worth. The salmon pub salad was okay. I did ask for a spoon to scoop out the avocado, never got it at all. Made do cutting it out with the knife and slicing it up myself. Definitely wasn't worth $36 for this salad at all. I ordered the fresh seasonal berries to end the meal. Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. Not sure the portion is worth $9. Must be the extra cost for the Marsala sabayon liquor mousse. A blueberry had mold at the stem. I am good. The waiter said it's part of the stem. The other blueberries don't look that way at the stem. My card landed on the floor, will need to disinfect that when it's returned to me.

I like to go here when I'm home visiting my parents. Heated and dark room, two things I love

Look at most every studio around that has lasted and you will find a teacher at the helm that graduated from this studio and Jonny Kest's Teacher Training. CFY has classes from early morning to later evening with an offering for everyone. If you were taking martial arts and Bruce Lee was around the corner, willing to teach you... you would likely go ( I hope) Jonny has been leading the growth and development of yoga for 30 years. From beginner to advance, you will find this to be both welcoming and challenging. Beautiful studios. Welcoming, experienced teachers. This is truly the gold standard. Come as you are. Enjoy.

EEEEkkkk is right! Stay away. Do not support their business. They are so fake and not nice people. Jonny is not to be trusted. Support smaller business not someone in their 6,000 Sq foot house, that steals yoga students money. I will not return and I urge anyone thinking about going here to their $22 drop in class go else where. Very rude and selfish, I will not be returning to Center For Yoga. Very disappointed in them.

Very clean studio! I went with a friend for a hot vinyasa class and it was not what I expected but I definitely got a workout and had a great time! It's a little pricey but I felt great after class and will definitely go back!

Used to love Center & would refer friends left and right. Almost every instructor is fantastic in their own way - lots of talent. However, I believe they have very poor management. Extremely disappointed in treatment received & will not be returning. Taking my business to Blue Yoga. Unfortunate.

CONS: (1) Way too hot. Even though I am in very good shape and exercise intensely on a regular basis, I regularly feel nauseous and/or on the verge of passing out during CFY vinyasa classes. A couple of times, I stopped mid-flow to gather myself only to be chided with: "don't half-ass it!" remarks from the instructor. Such statements are unacceptable. I'm paying for yoga; not boot camp. (2) No adjustments/instruction. Thankfully, I had significant experience with yoga before going to CFY, but don't expect to learn proper asana form here; you will not get it! The instructor simply shouts out asana/pose names. (3) Most of the front desk staffers are unfriendly and seem caught off guard if you attempt to exchange pleasantries. Not sure what this is all about. (4) Overall, the yoga philosophy at this particular studio seems to be one of quantity over quality. By that I mean you will get a great workout, but without an emphasis on traditional yoga values, especially the importance of breath. If you want boot camp style yoga and don't care about your breath and form, this is the place for you. (5) Lots of hoity toity rich folks go here. PROS: (1) Absolutely beautiful studio. (2) Clean bathrooms. (3) Relatively easy to access. (4) You can lose several pounds of water weight after a CFY vinyasa class.

I love CFY! I've been practicing here for a couple years and I love all of the teachers and classes. The schedule is extremely accommodating and I love everything about CFY! The atmosphere, the energy, and the practice provide nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. Jonny, Tommy, Jane, Sam, Janine, Liz, Alex, and Jackie (and Michelle)-thank you for changing my life.

Love love love the classes and instructors here!! Only down side is the studio is quite small for the amount of people that join the classes. Very cluttered! The cubbies for our personal belongings are not secured and there's definitely not enough room for storage or privacy in the changing areas.

Too much heat, not enough space, way too dark. Especially sucks if you enjoy fresh air, oxygen and sunlight.. the 3 things humans require!
