I had my hair done by Gabby. I am very picky who does my hair because it's so thick. She did an amazing job. She is a true hair artist. This girl is the best and I would highly recommend her to all my friends and relatives. I have never had anyone color my hair like this. She is truly the BEST!!!!

Kayla L is the absolute best. After years of having damaged and brassy hair, she is the only one who has been able to transform it into not only the perfect color, but help it heal and get healthier! My hair has already grown an inch in such short time after years of having choppy, brittle hair. She will not let you leave the salon until you are satisfied and happy. Gabby Testa (soon to be Tolomei) does such an amazing job! If you’re a blonde, I highly recommend going to Gabby she does a great job with highlights, and she helped me with my hair after it was destroyed by another stylist. She also help me heal my hair after pregnancy and made me feel more confident. I’ve recommended so many friends and family to come see Gabby. I booked an appointment with Gabrielle Testa at the Birmingham location to get a haircut because i loved her work when i checked her Instagram @hair_by_gt. She did a great job! She knew exactly what hairstyle i needed and she delivered! She is also very friendly, professional and fast. She is simply amazing! I loved the whole experience at this salon. They also offer water and coffee. I had a very good coffee in their Bianchi’s signature cup. I will definitely be back to this salon to get my hair done by Gabby. Absolutely love this salon! I’ve been going to Gabby for quite some time. Not only is she an amazing person, but she is an amazing hair stylist! I have thick curly hair and it’s not easy to work with but she gets it right every time!! would totally recommend going to gabby for the hair of your dreams!

I was scrolling on Instagram and somehow found hair_by_gt. I messaged her on social media and asked if she had availability she answered all my questions and was able to book me an appointment pretty quickly. Upon entering the salon, it is modern and spacious. I met Gabi and she she sat me down and talked about my goals and some issue I was having with my hair drying out. She gave me a lovely long layered haircut and added a hair mask while she was washing my hair. The pricing is very reasonable especially for a salon in the heart of Birmingham. Gabi was extremely personable and has provided me with excellent customer service. I have since been back to get a touch up and still just as happy. Thank you for taking care of this Jersey girl who is extremely picky when it comes to trusting a stranger with my precious virgin hair.
