The worst place EVER to work! I was a former employee there who returned to work after having a baby just to be told that I had been permanently replaced by someone else after I told the supervisor in housekeeping I was returning. I had no knowledge of this information until I came back to work. These are the most shadiest, inconsiderate, racist, and two faced people I ever met! I’m speaking on management because they give the people who has been there the longest the hardest time and they try to talk down on you and treat you as if you don’t matter! Management is unprofessional and useless. The place is bed bug infected and they don’t care about the residents!

I’ve been helping the Residents here with Notary services for 9 months and the Life Enrichment Director Heather Solomon has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She always makes sure that we have a personal conference space to Notarize Important Confidential Documents and meet with Estate Attorneys. She is very professional and if you haven’t met her yet, you definitely need to!

My mother-in-law was at the respite care for 5 days, one day prior to picking her up, we were contacted by nurse stating she stop breathing and they performed full code (she was a DNR/DNI), it abated her, and transported to hospital in Birmingham one hour after she had left the building in ambulance. Also, they did not contact the hospice company of the situation, stating there was no information on file. We searched for her for over one hour and finally found her, but she was sent under a different patient name. When we picked up her clothes and belongings there was soiled clothes and the smell was so pungent we had to place in trunk of car. It was obvious to us she had to sit in her urine for hours, if not all day!About 1 month after our incident, we heard the same thing occurred to another one of the Hospice company’s patients while in respite care.If you care for your family member don’t use this facility!

First impressions are important and the concierge girl looked like she just came from the gym. She was wearing a tank top and loose black pants.

My 97 year old father just moved into his apartment at All Seasons. It's a beautiful apartment. He has met some wonderful residents here and is having no trouble making new friends. The dining room is beautiful and Dad says the food is really good. He has attended some concerts and looks forward to picking out the next activity from a list of many great things to do. He has even hopped on the treadmill in the exercise room at All Seasons. He is very happy here. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I'm so glad Dad suggested we take a tour of All Seasons to see what they had to offer.

Wonderful place to be. So much entertainment, great food and friendly staff! All this in downtown Birmingham and walking distance to everything. My goals is to retire in an All Season facility when my time comes!

Initially thought this was a fantastic place but through the years they have been raising the prices and cutting down services. Most recently are charging residents an additional $3.00 a meal if they do not want to eat in the dining room and get their food to go. This is absurd. It's independent living and there is no requirement to eat in the dining room - especially during a pandemic when those who are elderly don't feel comfortable eating with others. There are nights when residents have to wait over an hour to be seated to eat dinner. My dad pays A LOT of $$$ to live here and now they want to penny pinch on meals? Staff is not as attentive to the needs of their residents as they used to be. I know every place is understaffed but the culture is different. Minimal staff and they have fired some excellent people. Don't raise the rent if you can't provide the services.

My mom is 86 yo & his lived at All Seasons of Birmingham for about 5 years. She loves it & I love for her to be there. She has lots of friends there. The place is beautiful. Tons of activities and classes to participate in IF you want to. Movie nights. Food is good. But, most importantly, the staff is so great. I have peace of mind that she is happy and safe.

My first floor apartment with the door is my favorite thing about living here. Secondly, the people that work here are great! Vonna, Christina, Hana, Alicia and Ashley are lovely. I’ve been here two years, it was a very difficult move but this place made it all worth it. I enjoy the socials in the Conservatory! Doug is a treasure!
