Mark is amazing, like obviously I’ve been coming here for years and never have a bad time. But he hands down nailed it, is soo good, understands color theory on people without realizing it or maybe he does but omg. He collabs so well and will line up whatever you’re thinking in your head. 13/10 would see him again and I’m from out of state lol

I would give this salon 0 stars if I could. Scheduled a walk in appointment with Mark H, did not give a thorough consult about service or pricing transparency. I asked for a full highlight and he completely left my roots out and uneven. When I asked him to fix them the next day he said I asked for the wrong service and that I would need to pay for a new service, mind you I spent $300 on the initial highlighting and a 20% tip on top of that. Mark was rude towards me and very unprofessional. Also asked for a cut and barely cut anything off because he didn’t want to “cut all of my color off”. Since when was a trim cutting off all of my color? I called the manager the next day and he did offered to take care of the issue, we scheduled a touch up, but then they cancelled my appointment TWO HOURS before I was scheduled to come in. After paying almost $400 for an overall bad experience and trying to figure out a time to come in that worked for both the manager and myself, I gave up and I decided to go back to my original salon and pay full price for a new service because I did not want to come back to this salon. Very disappointed with the customer service and the service overall. Photos attached are directly after my service. If you book at this salon I would make sure your stylist is very transparent with the service they are providing and expectations beforehand. I wish I could get my money back.

This was my third time at 6 Salon and I loved it! My cut & color turned out beautiful. The salon was full of energy and everyone was so friendly - from the the time of booking through checkout. I will definitely be going back!
