I am very disappointed with how rude and unhelpful the two ladies were today while I was trying to help my sister find a bra. They never offered us assistance, measured her incorrectly, and didn’t even offer to help find different sizes while I searched throughout the store for a specific size. They were also discussing inappropriate private matters that should only be talked about in the back office. My younger sister is Black, and I really hope that wasn’t part of the “problem”

Some employees are great and others seem to not love their jobs or customers. Prices are high like all LB stores and you'll need a coupon or sale.

This location is one of the best out there! As an older woman I am definitely bigger breasted. I struggle finding a good sturdy bra that meets all my needs! I honestly went in with low hopes because of my past with undergarments. Lo and behold, a young purple haired manager saved the day! When I say this girl knew how to get in there and do what needed to be done, I mean it! She got all right up on me and got my exact measurements. This girl was running Lane Bryant like the dang Marines! She pulled a few styles off the rack (some sexy ;) for the husband and some work appropriate) and let me try them on. Oh, when I tell you we had a fashion show, I mean it! She told me exactly what flattered me and what didn’t. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. She sure helped this dried out lady feel juicy again! Thank you miss manager! I will be back, maybe to find some matching panties!!

Wish I could leave zero stars because that is how unpleasant my experience was. I had went in to the store to purchase a nighty that I saw in the front window display. When I asked an employee if they had any more they said unfortunately that that one was their last one and I asked them could I possibly purchase that one? The employee looks dead in the eyes and says very rudely “it’s a 14/16 it won’t fit you” talk about rude and unprofessional. I then informed her that the tag says it was a 22/24 which is in fact my size and she flat out called me a liar. Honestly, I would rather take the drive to go to a better Lane Bryant than this one. Don’t waste your time coming here.

No greeting when we walked in, no being asked if we needed help and when I asked where specific bras were, they didn't give much information. The unwelcoming environment and attitude caused me to leave without purchasing anything.Considering there are reviews from even as far as 2 years ago with the same issues, i doubt anything will change.

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife, who loves to shop here. Upon entering this store, she was welcomed with over hearing a manager with blondish/brown hair, short, and wearing glasses on the phone talking very unprofessionally and viciously about who I assume is one of her old friends that live or attend Saginaw. While shopping, my wife noticed all employees except one were no where to be found. There was a younger lady with purple hair who helped her shop and was extremely pleasant to talk to. The wife asked her where the other were and she simply replied “in the back”. Overall, this store needs better management and people who are more professional. The managers should be working just as hard as the other employees. Not sitting in the back and making one girl do all the work. Do better.

Obviously no longer an outlet! Even clearance items were only marked down $5 on a $47 top. Also the organization by color was frustrating. Had to search through over packed racks to find sizes.
