The whole team at Lafontaine Ford was amazing. Special shoutout to Maddi and Brett for the most pleasurable car buying experience ever! I drove over 3 1/2 hours from Indiana due to Maddi’s pleasant and patient communication. This transaction was as close to haggle free that I have ever experienced. Traded in my 2017 Ford F 150 and they were spot on with their trade in offer. Highly recommend anyone interested in a new or used Ford call this dealership and ask for Maddi or Brett!!!!

Staff are friendly, courteous and willing to help make your visit there as quick and efficient as possible. If by chance you have to wait, they have light refreshments, iPads and TVs to watch and even a courtesy van to take you to nearby restaurant or back home if needed. And, truth be told, I love the free car wash after they service my vehicle. Keep up the good work Lafountaine ?

Every person we dealt with at LaFontaine Birch Run was friendly, helpful and professional. For quite some time my father had been looking for a Ford Maverick electric hybid and LaFontaine Birch Run was able to obtain one from their Grand Rapids location. The whole process was quick and easy. My first inquiry was on Friday and the following Monday the Maverick was his. Thanks to Jordan Synder for all his assistance. I am thankful he was able to help me fulfill my father’s dream.
